Admission: All guestsentering Heinz Field, regardless ofage, must have a valid event ticketor credential to gain admissioninto the stadium. Guests arrivingafter halftime should use Gate B,which will be open the entiregame.

Alcohol: Guests of Heinz Fieldmust be 21 years or older topurchase/consume alcoholicbeverages. ARAMARK reservesthe right to check proof of legaldrinking age. There is a maximumof two (2) beers per purchase at allconcession stands. For Steelers games,alcohol sales in the seating bowl will bediscontinued at the end of the third quarter.For University of Pittsburgh games, alcoholis only sold in the clubs and suites.ARAMARK has the right to discontinuethe sale of alcohol at anytime during anevent.

Banners/Signs: Banners and signs ingood taste may be displayed in the stadiumprovided they do not block fan sightlines orstadium signage. Banners or signs that areattached to poles are prohibited.

Cameras: Cameras (still only) arepermitted inside Heinz Field as long astheir use does not interfere with the gameor other guests’ enjoyment of the game.Professional Cameras/Lenses (longer than6 in.) are not permitted. Video cameras andvideo recording of events at Heinz Field isprohibited.

Cellular Phones: Usage ofcellular phones in the stadium is permitted,as long as it does not disturb other fans inthe area or interfere with their ability toenjoy the event.

Container Policy: For the safety ofall our guests, bottles, cans, coolers,thermoses, flasks, or any other type ofcontainer deemed to be potentially harmfulin any way are prohibited in Heinz Field.

Designated Drivers: Guests oflegal drinking age who hold a valid driver’s

license and wish to sign up to be adesignated driver may stop by thedesignated drivers booths located at GatesA, B or C. In return for safe and sobertransportation of their group from HeinzField, the designated driver will receive acoupon redeemable for a soft drink duringthe game. Coupons can be redeemed at anyconcession stand. Guests may registeruntil the end of the first quarter.

Designated Drop-Off: Forguests’ convenience, two accessible drop-offs are provided. Drop-off areas are locatedat the intersection of Art Rooney Avenueand Reedsdale Street at the Northeastcorner by Gate B and North Shore Drive atthe Southwest Corner, directly across fromthe Carnegie Science Center.

Disability Services: For questionsconcerning disability services and/oraccessible seating, please call the Steelers’Ticket Office at (412) 323-1200, GuestServices at (412) 697-7150 (press 4) or visitSteelers.com.

Elevators: Elevators are located at thePress Entrance (Southwest corner ofstadium across from the Carnegie ScienceCenter), Gate C Suite Lobby and Gate BSuite Lobby for use by guests holding suitetickets and disabled guests.

Escalators: Escalators going to all levelsof Heinz Field are located in the East andWest Rotundas at Gate A and at thenortheast corner by Gate B.

Fan Code of Conduct: HeinzField, the Pittsburgh Steelers and theUniversity of Pittsburgh are committed tocreating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyablesports and entertainment environmentboth in the stadium and in the parking lots.Our goal is to provide a positive Heinz Fieldexperience linked together by the fans,staff, and players. Heinz Field has enhancedour guest services program to benefit YOU,our guests.

Our Fan Code of Conduct is a constantreminder of the importance of a fan-friendly environment. This Fan Code ofConduct has been designed to set fanbehavior guidelines and to encourage allguests to treat others with P.R.I.D.E.We want all fans attending our events toenjoy the experience in a responsible fashion.You can contribute to this campaign by

conducting yourself withP.R.I.D.E. at all times.

Together we are ALL part ofthe components to achieveP.R.I.D.E.!

When attending an event,you are required to refrainfrom the following behaviors:

• Behavior that is unruly,disruptive, or illegal innature

• Intoxication or othersigns of alcoholimpairment that results inirresponsible behavior

• Foul or abusive language or obscenegestures

• Interference with the progress of theevent (including throwing objects ontothe field)

P.R.I.D.E. TENTFans have the opportunity to pledgeto be a great fan for the day as well asenter their name into a prize drawing! Fans can sign up at theP.R.I.D.E. tent located on the SouthPlaza underneath the scoreboard.When a fan signs up, he/she is pledging to be a great fan and exemplify the elements of P.R.I.D.E.Two winners will be selected eachhome game. Guests may registeruntil the end of the 1st quarter.

• Failing to follow instructions of stadiumpersonnel

• Verbal or physical harassment ofopposing team fans

• Wearing or displaying any apparel orsignage with profane/abusive language

Season Ticket Holders and event patronsare responsible for their conduct as well asthe conduct of their guests and/or personsoccupying their seats. Stadium staff willpromptly intervene to support anenvironment where event patrons, theirguests, and other fans can enjoy the eventfree from the offensive behaviors. Eventpatrons and guests who violate theseprovisions will be subject to ejectionwithout refund and potential loss of ticketprivileges for future events.

PSSI Stadium LLC reserves the right to

revoke ticket privileges for any reason andat any time during the season. PSSIStadium LLC will notify in writing theseason ticket holder of record of any reportof fan misconduct.

All fans ejected from the stadium forviolating the Code of Conduct will berequired to complete the NFL online FanConduct Class. Fans ejected from thestadium will be prohibited from attendingstadium events until he/she has completedthe Fan Conduct Class and produced theClass Certificate of Completion to theDirector of Venue Security at Heinz Field.

If a guest wishes to report intolerablebehavior, please go to the nearest GuestServices Room, call our fan hotline or senda text message.

Flexible Scheduling: Due to theNFL’s flexible scheduling policy, game timesmay change for the games scheduled fromweeks 11-17. Please log on to Steelers.comto receive further information aboutaccurate game times. If the game time ischanged, NO REFUNDS will be issued ifthe ticket holder cannot attend.

First Aid: Five first aid rooms are locatedthroughout Heinz Field. Medical servicesare provided before, during and after eachevent. In the event of a medical emergency,please notify the nearest stadiumpersonnel.

• Lower Level North behind Section 123• Northeast Club Level• Upper Level East behind Section 517• Upper Level West behind Section 541.

1ST-IN-GOAL: The 1ST-IN-GOALpromotion with an emphasis on 1ST- IN,encourages fans to come in early and enjoythe pre-game festivities. The first 25,000fans will receive a scratch and win cardcompliments of the Pittsburgh PostGazette. There are numerous prizes eachweek, from overnight stays at NemacolinResort, Steelers Nike Jerseys, various giftcards, and pregame field passes whichinclude participation in our Terrible TowelTwirl immediately before kickoff on theSteelers Sideline. Come early and try towin all season long!

Gate Entry: Entry gates are Gate A(South), Gate B (Northeast) and Gate C(Northwest). Gates open for guest entrytwo (2) hours prior to kick-off. All gates arehandicap accessible. Guests are encouragedto arrive early.

Getting to Heinz Field: PSSIStadium LLC encourages all guests toutilize the convenient downtown parkingand public transportation. Parking on theNorth Shore is reserved and pre-sold. Fansare encouraged to utilize the PortAuthority LRT. Take the “T” to AlleghenyStation and/or Northside station.Allegheny Station is located at theintersection of Allegheny Avenue andReedsdale Street. Northside Station islocated at the bottom of the West GeneralRobinson Street Garage.

Kids Connection: Parents canregister their child with Heinz Fieldpersonnel to aid stadium staff in the eventthey become separated. A wristband withthe parents’ seat location will be given tothe child. Registration is available at all fourGuest Services Rooms; behind Section 104in the FedEx Great Hall, Lower Level Northbehind Section 123, Upper Level Eastbehind Section 504 and Upper Level Westbehind Section 528.

Lost & Found: Guests needing toclaim or report lost items during a gameshould visit one of the Guest ServicesRooms. Guests inquiring about lost items atprevious games should call (412) 697-7135for information. Items lost at prior gamesare held in storage for 30 days and theneither disposed of or donated to anappropriate charitable organization. Itemslost/found at previous events will not beavailable for pick up on event days.

Re-Entry: Exit and re-entry is notpermitted at Heinz Field. In case of amedical emergency, please proceed to theGuest Services Kiosk at Gate B.

Restrooms: There are 52 restroomslocated throughout Heinz Field. Familyrestrooms with changing tables are locatedon the East Side behind Section 105 in theFedEx Great Hall, Lower Level Northbehind Section 124, West Side behindSection 141, East Club behind Section 205,Hyundai Club West behind Section 240,Upper Level East behind Section 505, UpperLevel West behind Section 529, Upper LevelNorth behind Section 522, and North ClubLounge behind Sections 4 and 12. Allrestrooms are accessible and have accessiblestalls.

Security: Guests at Heinz Field areasked to cooperate with security personnelto ensure the safety of all patrons. Inaddition, fans who wear or bring heavyclothing, jackets, or blankets will be askedto open such items for inspection and handmetal detection searches. The followingitems are not permitted:

• Bags• Backpacks• Coolers (hard/soft sided)• Thermoses• Large purses (larger than 8 ½ x 11)• Cans• Bottles• Flasks• Alcoholic Beverages• Laser Pointers• Strollers

• Apparel or signage displayingprofane or abusive language

• Video/Movie Cameras• Professional Cameras/Lenses

(longer than 6”)• Tripods• Audio Recording Equipment• Banners or Signs on poles• Weapons• Any other item deemed dangerous

and/or inappropriate

Small purses, small camera cases, binocularcases and diaper bags will be permitted;however, all items that do not pass securitymust be returned to vehicles.

Guests are asked to arrive early toeliminate lines at security checks.

Heinz Field is NOT responsible for itemsleft at gates.

Sitting or Standing: To ensurefan safety and enjoyment of all games,sitting or standing in the aisles andcrosswalks, or in ramps and stairways, isnot permitted. Standing on stadium seats isalso prohibited.

Smoking Policy: Heinz Field is asmoke-free facility. In consideration of thecomfort of all ticket holders, we ask yourcooperation. There are NO designatedsmoking areas inside the stadium, and re-entry is prohibited. Guests who fail to comply

with the policy after appropriate warningmay be subject to ejection from Heinz Field.All season ticket holders and event patronsare responsible for whoever utilizes theirtickets and occupies that particular seat forany event held at Heinz Field.

Special Events: The FedEx GreatHall, South Plaza, Club Lounges and PressBox Dining Room are available for rent forparties and other events on non-event days.For more information please call(412) 697-7740.

Ticket Reselling Zone: Fanswishing to re-sell their event tickets cansafely do so in the ticket reselling zonelocated at the northeastern corner of TonyDorsett Way and North Shore Drive.

Umbrellas: Umbrellas are permitted inHeinz Field, but are not permitted to beopened.

Wheelchairs: A limited number of

wheelchairs are available for transportingguests who are disabled to their seatinglocation. Guests can be transported fromthe gates to their seats. If a wheelchair isneeded for the duration of the game, guestsmust supply their own wheelchairs.Wheelchairs cannot be reserved in advance.Upon arrival, guests can arrange for awheelchair at any entrance of Heinz Field.Guests needing assistance after the gameshould contact a Seat Attendant or visit oneof the Guest Services Rooms. Guests canthen receive wheelchair transportation backto the gate. Wheelchair storage is availableat any Guest Services or concierge location.
