In 1987, the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences split into two

colleges, giving the new College of Liberal Arts an independent stake at Auburn University. Today, 25 years later, we have grown to the largest college on campus with 4,458 student majors, and we produce nearly one-third of all credit hours at Auburn. As we commemorate our 25th anniversary, we ask you to join us in the celebration of our success.
