Conference Objectives:

1. Enhance collaboration and communication across entities towards

overall AP and 2015 global sales strategies.

2. Develop and drive entity and regional overall sales capacity and

quality of current programs, enhancing the formation of GEP from AP.

3. Create a strong sense of ownership and belonging towards driving for

overall regional performance.

Track objectives:

In this Conference, we will separate delegate into difference track base

on their prolife.

LC

Members will be able to network and get inspired with other sales

members from the region through their GCPs and stories. They will also

be empowered with essential sales and team management skills to

drive for high capacity. This summit will be able to introduce to them the

various regional initiatives to enhance the relationships between their

current partners.

MC

Members will be able to collaborate, reevaluate and align regional

initiatives with clear value propositions to achieve the overall growth of

sales(GIP) within the region to enhance the formation of GEPs. They will

also be able to establish clear communication channels to ensure

accountability and delivery of these initiatives. Lastly, they will be able

to brainstorm on overcoming current bottlenecks in Sales, matching

and servicing management on a national level.
