You only get 3 clubs...
The Concept If you could only
take three clubs out on the golf course
which ones would you take? Every
year we debate which combination isthe best. And each year we
find that it
makes absolutely no difference in how
we play. What we
do find, however,
is that it is plenty
of fun and makes
for good conversation
until the next spring.
The Format The match will be
played in two man teams that keep
individual scores over 9 holes of play.
The low individual and low combined
two man team scores will win prizes.
Each two man team will also be paired
up with another blind two man team
for the combined foursome winner.
For a Good Cause Although this
tournament started as a way for friends
and co-workers to end the golf season
on a fun note, we think it is important
to lend our support to selected
charities: the Muscular Dystrophy
Association and the American
Cancer Society.
Plenty of Fun There are many
ways to win and have fun. Aside from
the contests, there will be plenty of
door prizes at the banquet following
the round.

Sign up as an individual, as a twosome or sponsor a foursome. If
you wish to play with someone specific, please coordinate with
your
partner and sign up for a twosome. Foursomes will be split into
two teams that score separately, but play together.
$60 price covers the cost of the event. The price includes a
golf cart, 9 holes of golf (shotgun start), and a buffet dinner.
There will be a
cash bar at the Buffet Dinner. Contest prizes and door prizes
are provided by our sponsors. All charity donations are from the
Charity
Spites game and any spontaneous donations.
This is anALL WEATHER EVENT - Yes, it has been cold in the past.
The golf event will be cancelled in the event of dangerous
weather. If the golf must be cancelled, a raffle will replace
the charity golf event and prizes. The Buffet will still be held
starting at 5pm.
