The following indicators shall be applicable for one contract year:
Each teacher on the project shall receive 75 hours of professional input: individual mentoring at least once a fortnight in situ mentoring and training cluster training zone level training
Improvement in classroom teaching and learning based on two (2) classroom observations in a year, using an observation schedule developed jointly by the vendors and the Ministry. The observation shall focus on, among others, the following salient aspects:
Effective use of teaching-learning resources Level and quality of pupil engagement in a lessonTeacher’s assessment and evaluation techniques
Improvement in the English language proficiency of the participating teachers based on an assessment instrument jointly developed and agreed upon by all the vendors.
Development of a reasonable amount of quality and suitable resources in print or electronic form that can be used appropriately inside or outside the classroom.
