Subject: Container Fabrication and Testing Inspection.

MML Suzhou Co. Ltd.

At the request of MML Suzhou Co. Ltd. Container, load testing and fabrication inspections were carried out at MML Suzhou yard of containers. Client : MML Suzhou Co. Ltd. Suzhou PR China. Date of inspection : 29th July 2011. Inspection activities : Prototype Testing of 53/11. DVR/Type Approval : S-5280 Description : 32’ Container/32’m001 Container ID : 49/11, 50/11, 51/11, 52/11, 53/11 and 54/11. DNV Project No. : PP019240/80526825 Inspection activities & Items inspected. Following inspections/witnessing activity was attended by undersigned during this visit; - Prototype test for offshore container Serial: 53/11. References. Followings were inspection references; - DNV 2.7-1-2006 Offshore Container. - AWS D1.1-2008 Structural welding code. Documentation. Following documents were reviewed and commented as follow; - Dimensional reports. - Material certificates. - NDT reports. - Material traceability and material certificates. - FAT testing procedures. The documents were found to be generally satisfactory.

Pre-Test Structural Inspection. Pre-test structural inspection on container 53/11 was witnessed by undersigned. Following were witnessed; - Dimensional checks. - Welding inspections. - Padeye skew angles and CG checks. The above mentioned were found to be satisfactory and acceptable. Prototype Testing. Prototype testing of Container 53/11 was witnessed by DNV. Following tests were carried out at the rated load and deformations were checked and were found to be within tolerances; - Four points load testing. - Two point diagonal load testing on all padeye. - Drop testing. Post testing inspection was carried out on the padeye and container general conditions. The Padeye was visually inspected; No deformation and visually detectable crack was observed. Post testing MPI test on the padeye was carried out and witnessed by undersigned. The reports shall be submitted for DNV review. Additional testing; water hose spray test was witnessed by DNV. Visual inspection for water leakage visually inspected on container internal wall was performed, no leakage was detected. Summary and Conclusion. Prototype testing on container 53/11 in accordance with DNV 2.7-1-2006 was witnessed by DNV. The testing was witnessed and the container was found to be acceptable. With best regards
