Grapeseed oil is great for dressings and dipping, but it is absolutely unbeatable for sautéing or frying because it can be heated to a higher temperature than other oils without burning. The higher the heat, the faster the cooking time — so meats stay juicier and vegetables retain more nutritional value.

1 tablespoon all purpose flour3 tablespoons Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil, divided1 bottle Wildtree Perfect Piccata Sauce! cup dry white wine or vermouth1 cup flour1 teaspoon salt" teaspoon pepper2 large eggs2 tablespoons milk6 thin sliced boneless chicken breasts

Preheat oven to 200 degrees F. Whisk together flour, salt, and pepper in pie plate. In a second pie plate, whisk together eggs and milk until combined. Coat each cutlet in seasoned flour, shaking off excess flour. Transfer cutlets to egg mixture; coat evenly and let excess run off. Return cutlets to seasoned flour; coat evenly and shake off excess flour. Heat 2 tablespoons Grapeseed oil in large skillet over medium high heat; place cutlets in the skillet. Cook until well browned about 2 minutes per side. Place chicken in an oven safe dish or baking sheet and transfer to preheated oven.

Heat remaining Grapeseed Oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and stir until light golden brown, about 1 minute. Whisk in Piccata Sauce and wine; increase heat to high and bring to a boil whisking constantly. Lower heat to medium high and cook, whisking occasionally until sauce is slightly reduced. Remove from heat. Remove chicken from oven. Transfer the cutlets one at a time to the sauce pan, turning to coat with sauce. Serve with pasta if desired.

I joined Wildtree five years ago sight unseen, or should I say “without ever tasting,” and had no clue as to where it would take me today. But, who would not want a job where the hardest part is “talking and eating!?”

I had no idea the impact Wildtree would have on mine and my family’s life. It is a decision that I am thankful for every day. It has helped me grow as a person, helped me to give my boys, ages 14 and 18, some of the things they just “want,” and to take my husband to his “dream race.” I have made new friends and found new “sisters” that will be in my life forever.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Sauté the mushrooms with Grapeseed Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and set aside. For the sauce, heat milk and butter over medium heat. Once butter has melted whisk in flour and Alfredo Extraordinaire. Turn heat to medium high and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Once boiling, return heat to medium and allow sauce to thicken (about 5 minutes). Stir frequently to prevent sauce from burning or sticking. Remove from heat and whisk in " cup grated parmesan cheese. Next season the ricotta with salt and pepper, mixing well. To assemble the lasagna, ladle just enough white sauce in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to lightly coat it. Top with 1/3 of the pasta. Top the pasta with 1/3 of the ricotta cheese and sprinkle half of the mushrooms, spinach, and artichokes. Thinly cover the veggies with more white sauce. Repeat these layers then top your lasagna with the remaining pasta, the last of the ricotta, white sauce, grated parmesan and the mozzarella cheese. Cover tightly with foil and baked for 50-60 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.

Sauté ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, until browned, breaking up meat with a spoon, about 10 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce, Sofrito, and Adobo. Lower heat and simmer until mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.

Unroll pie crust on a lightly floured surface, and roll into a 15-inch circle. Cut out rounds using a 3-inch cookie cutter. Re-roll dough as needed. Repeat procedure with remaining pie crust, making 12 to 15 circles in total. Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of the round and fold dough over filling, pressing the edges with a fork to seal. Repeat with remaining rounds and beef mixture. Arrange empanadas on prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until they’re golden brown.

1 bag Wildtree Create-a-Cookie Mix! cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened1 large egg1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips1 cup dried cranberries

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets or line with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine Cookie Mix, butter and egg, and beat until well blended with an electric mixer, about 3 minutes. Add chips, nuts, and/or dried fruit, stirring to combine. Add chocolate chips and cranberries, stirring to combine. Drop the dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden. Let the cookies cool on the pan, then transfer to a cooling rack.

For the dough:4 tablespoons softened butter! cup milk1 large egg

For the filling:1 1/2 tablespoons milk

For the glaze:1 tablespoon milk1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9x9-inch pan.

In a small bowl, combine milk with contents of filling packet, to make a thick paste. Set aside.

In a medium sized bowl, stir together the dough mix, butter, milk and egg until a soft dough forms. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead about 5 times. Roll into a 9 x 14-inch rectangle.Spread the filling over the dough, and gently roll it up into a log, starting with the short edge. Using a sharp or serrated knife cut the rolled up dough into 9 equal pieces. Place in prepared pan, cut side up. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until they are golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes before turning out onto a rack and glazing.

Combine the glaze mix with milk and melted butter and whisk until smooth. Spread on the warm cinnamon rolls and serve.
