Arizona Statewide Gleaning Project 

The Arizona Statewide Gleaning Project (ASGP) is a program of the Association of Arizona Food Banks which procures, rescues, transports, and distributes food to 3 food banks in Maricopa County. 

Banner Olive Branch Senior Center 

Pantry Program  The pantry program is a food bank operated by senior volunteers and supervised by one staff. Product collected from grocery stores is used in the center meal programs, for pantry bags and food boxes and distributed to 20+ non‐profit agencies. 

Chandler Christian Community Center (CCCC) 

Food Bank  The Chandler Food Bank is Chandler’s largest and most comprehensive food bank program, serving over 18,000 unduplicated individuals each year and offering more than 15,000 emergency and supplemental food boxes to individuals and families in need. 

Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc.  Senior Adult Service Program 

The Congregate and Home Delivered Meals Programs provide a well balanced, good tasting meal to the elderly and disabled individuals in the community that are vulnerable to food insecurity, social isolation and impairments of daily living. 

Community Services of Arizona 

Senior Nutrition  The Chandler & Gilbert Senior Centers address the issues of senior nutrition and health through the Home Delivered Meal & Congregate Meal Programs, food box distribution and through social, recreational and educational programs and activities.

Desert Mission  Desert Mission Food Bank  This program helps individuals & families meet their basic needs and reach their potential for health by providing emergency food, a food market, and education and referral support leading to food stability. 

Friendly House  Family Services  The Family Services department assists individuals and families to access needed services in a crisis situation through the provision of emergency food boxes, direct cash assistance, and referrals to other community agencies. 

FSL Programs  Community Support and Outreach Programs/Community Care Program 

The CSOP/CC program provides a nutritious meals and counseling to the elderly and adults with disabilities in the community.  This program assists individuals with maintaining or improving health, allowing them to remain in their home. 

Neighbors Who Care  Aging in Place  Neighbors Who Care offers its elderly homebound/frail enrolled clients a Dinner Delivery service.  This hallmark service provides clients with a discounted evening meal (sponsored by local vendors) Mon‐Fri and delivered by community volunteers. 

Phoenix Day Child and Family Learning Center 

Health  Links Program/Food and Nutrition Program 

HealthLinks provides health education to families, prevention and early intervention through wellness screenings.  Phoenix Day manages a food and nutrition program, which provides two nutritious meals and two healthy snacks to all children daily. 

Senior Services of Fountain Hills, AZ, Inc. 

Home Delivered Meals  Home Delivered Meals allows seniors and the disabled (permanent or temporary) to live in their homes. Benefits include delivery of meals tailored to their nutrition needs, frequent monitoring of well‐being and peace of mind for caregivers and family.

St. Mary's Food Bank Alliance 

Food Distribution  Our Food Distribution programs get nutritious food to hungry people in Maricopa County. In addition to directly serving food to people in crisis, we also furnish bulk food and other items to more than 700 other non‐profit agency locations. 

Tempe Community Action Agency 

Senior Action Program  The Senior Action Program helps older adults remain independent and avoid premature institutionalization. We provide congregate and home delivered meals, nutrition screening, socialization, outreach, transportation, and social service assistance. 

The Salvation Army  Senior Outreach Services  The Laura Danieli Senior Center provides nutrition, activity, and interaction for seniors in the Phoenix area. Danieli serves daily congregate meals, delivers home meals, provides transportation, and offers social events and activities. 

United Food Bank (UFB)  Emergency & Supplemental Food Assistance (E&FSA) Program 

UFB's E&SFA Program provides food and nutrition education to a network of social services partner agencies for use in their food assistance programs that benefit low‐income, working poor, senior, homeless and other disadvantaged youth and adults. 

Waste Not, Inc.  Food Rescue & Delivery Program‐VSUW 

Waste Not rescues perishable food that would otherwise go to waste. Our same‐day deliveries maximize our recipient agency partners' limited resources, freeing them to rehabilitate, educate and empower the hungry men, women and children they serve. 

YWCA Maricopa County  Congregate/Home Delivered Meals 

To provide and serve a nutritious noon meal to seniors and disabled adults in four community dining rooms in the Glendale area. To provide a nutritious noon meal to homebound seniors and disabled adults in Glendale and El Mirage.
