2011 Hogs 4 Heroes Sponsorships Promote your company to our motorcycle riders and event attendees! Hogs 4 Heroes provides premier motorcycle rides, social events, and concerts to raise money for organizations like the Yellow Ribbon Fund, which provide programs and services to our wounded service members. We also provide requested items directly to military rehab facilities. We have six exciting events scheduled for 2011, with an estimated attendance at each event of 10,000+. Many of our events are held at national bike weeks (Daytona, Sturgis, Myrtle Beach), which draw hundreds of thousands of people from all over the United States. Our rides are geared towards weekend bikers who are successful, patriotic and very loyal to sponsors. They are men and women, doctors, lawyers, business owners and blue collar workers who primarily fall into the 40-60 year old age bracket. The things these bikers are have in common: a love for the outdoors, a love for motorcycles, and a love for our troops! Corporate and media sponsors are vital to the success of our events. We value our partners and take our responsibility to make sure you profit from the relationship very seriously. We’ve developed one of the most comprehensive media packages for events of this size, with 4 different levels of sponsorship available. Levels of sponsorships include: 1. Corporate Sponsor - ($50,000) Your organization will be featured on all media, website, T-shirts, posters and banners for ALL events for one calendar year. Corporate sponsors will approve all publicity materials and headline sponsors. * Corporate sponsorships are limited to two per calendar year, and each must approve of the other.

2. Headliner Sponsor - ($15,000 - 50,000) Your organization will be featured on all PSA's, press releases, tickets, banners, posters, website and email blasts for that event. Sponsorship money pays for the headline entertainer. * Sponsorship is only for the event specified in the agreement, but more than one event can be sponsored annually. * If two sponsors are required to fund a band, the headline sponsors must agree with each other to be co-sponsors. 3. Event/Media Sponsor - ($2500) Your organization will be featured on all posters, banners, website, postcards and email blasts for that event. In lieu of money, a sponsor can donate $2500 (retail value) of media, product or service. * Sponsorship is only for the event specified in the agreement, but more than one event can be sponsored annually. 4. Ride stop sponsor - ($) cost to supply snacks for riders on a specific stop on a ride Your organization can advertise products/services at stop and give out samples or specialty products. Sponsor will be named in route maps and ride info. * Sponsorship is only for the event specified in the agreement, but more than one event can be sponsored annually. Advertising methods used to publicize each event include:

1. 1 million+ email messages sent to bikers prior to event 2. Hogs 4 Heroes website, which contains Sponsor names and logos 3. 10,000 postcards and 500 posters distributed at dealers, other events, and retail outlets 4. Event posted on all motorcycle sites 5. 20 banners placed at key locations 6. PSA's and press releases to all media outlets in host state. Professional PSA's recorded and distributed through our media sponsors 7. For events held during bike weeks, a booth will be set up at the event to promote the ride, concert, and other social events 8. Corporate sponsor(s) will be featured on Hogs t-shirts 9. At events, all 1-3 sponsors will be mentioned on the main stage and by the emcee. In addition, sponsors are welcome to set up a tent at the event to promote their products or services.

headquartered in Nashville, TN. We have recently filed Form 1023 with the IRS to achieve 501 (c) (3) status. According to tax law, as long as a non-profit files and

achieves exemption status with the first 15 months of operations, donors can deduct contributions on their taxes.
