the pieces together until you feel for best position, then spray the activator around the outside of the joints, this will start the acceleration of the curing process from the outside in, give this process a little more time. 20 – 30 seconds

3 Seconds (Most commonly used Fastest method)3: For the FASTEST bonding time, apply INSTANTBOND adhesive on

one side and spray the accelerator onto the joining side, (Please note you will not be able to align parts once they touch) bring them together and hold for a few seconds That’s it, bonded 2–3 seconds

If accidental skin bonding happens, wash with warm soapy water and prise skin apart using a blunt instrument (such as a teaspoon handle). In case of eye contact, bathe immediately with water and seek immediate medical attention. SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS: Do not use in continuous immersion applications. DESCRIPTION: INSTABOND is fast curing high performance adhesive superglue. When used together with the activator spray, it's bonding time is reduced to mere seconds, and it's bonding strength is nearly impossible to break. It has been specially formulated to have low odour, works on most building materials, and meet the highest industrial standards. No nails or fastening devices are necessary. CHARACTERISTICS: INSTABOND is a one component system which requires no mixing or heating. It does not contain solvents so bond shrinkage is negligible. The resin is stabilised with an acid stabilizer which inhibits polymerisation (cure) of the adhesive keeping it liquid. When the adhesive is applied to a surface, the stabilizer is neutralized by the alkalinity of the surface or by partly ionized water. Its high viscosity minimises penetration on absorbent materials. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1. Apply adhesive & align parts 2. Spray activator on joint areas 3. Wait 10 seconds & it’s bonded!

ACCELERATORS: INSTABOND Activator can be used as an accelerator speeding up cure. When using the accelerator apply it to one side of the bond and the adhesive to the other. STORAGE: Keep in a cool area out of direct sunlight. Refrigeration to 5°C gives optimum storage stability. PRESENTATION: Bottles……….................……50ml, 100ml & 500ml.
