I’m looking for opportunities that will drive traffic to our exhibit booth—what options are best?

There are a number of options that can be great booth drivers, including these two new items-

• Pedicab Shuttles: High visibility at a great value!! Discounted rate for support of multiple fleets! There no restrictions regarding inclusion of product(s) and/or booth number on artwork.

• Main Aisle Meter Boards: create your own billboard and direct attendees to your booth. Discounted rate when you support multiple sides of the same 4-sided unit! No restrictions regarding inclusion of product(s) or booth number on artwork.

I have a limited budget available to support the AACE Annual Meeting, but am not sure of the best way to use it—can you help me?

ABSOLUTELY! We are happy to work with you in putting together a package of support items to best fit your budget and goals. Contact us to discuss how we can help you make the best impact in San Diego!

Are there any restrictions on what items can include our booth number and/or product specific message?

Descriptions for all items in the Attendee Print Materials category include details regarding the type of acknowledgement/advertising permitted on each item. For support items available in the other categories, if the item will be displayed inside the convention center, with the exception of those displayed only in the exhibit hall, it is subject to approval by the convention center which may restrict the use of booth numbers and/or product messaging.

I am an interested in a support opportunity that I do not see listed; can I suggest it to AACE?

YES!! Please let us know if there are support activities you would like to participate in that are not listed here. Contact Siobhan D. Egan at 904-353-7878 ext. 152 or [email protected].
