    ****1. Just to give you a quick overview of our company structure. 2. A.P. Moller - Maersk A/S is owned by a number of private investors or shareholders, about 50,000, and by 3 foundations that are related to the Mller family, the largest of which is the A.P. Mller and Wife Chastine Mc-Kinney Mllers Foundation. 3. All together, the three foundations own almost 55% of the share capital, but some 70% of the votes. 4. The remaining 45% of the share capital is owned by national and international investors private individuals and companies. 5. A.P. Moller - Maersk A/S is listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange

    ***Maersk Contractors operates a modern and highly efficient fleet that includes: Seven harsh-environment jack-up rigs One semi-submersible rig- Ten drilling barges Three Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessels- A newbuilding programme of three deepwater semi-submersibles, five high efficiency jack-ups and one FPSO for delivery between 2007 and 2010

    2. Maersk Contractors has expertise in harsh environment and high-efficiency drilling and production services, and has its own in-house engineering department. 3. A new innovative design including double work stations makes Maersk Contractors new harsh environment jack-up rigs MRSK INNOVATOR and MRSK INSPIRER - the largest and most advanced of their kind. The rigs have proven to be 25% more efficient than comparable drilling rigs. 4. The company has a worldwide staff of 3,400 employees and offices in 12 countries.

    5. Maersk Contractors owns 50% of EDC a joint venture with the Egyptian state - which owns and operates 32 land rigs, 5 jack-up rigs and 19 workover rigs.

The Maersk Supply Service fleet comprises highly advanced vessels, built to comply with the Clean Design-standard. The company offers global coverage from the headquarters and technical operations centre in Copenhagen, Denmark, ably supported from regional offices in UK, Singapore, Canada, Nigeria, Brazil and Egypt.*Mrsk Container Industri is headquartered in Denmark and has production facilities in Qingdao and Dongguan, China. The company is known for its advanced manufacturing facilities which comply with stringent international standards. Mrsk Container Industri employs more than 4,000 people and is known as a leader in energy-saving technologies. Their product range includes advanced reefer containers, reefer units and dry containers. In fact, Mrsk Container Industi produces 40 % of all containers sold worldwide.
