The 19th Annual B&O Bicycle Tour winds its way through Hendricks County, crossing the future B&O Trail several times. You can choose from 12-, 25-, 45-, or 63-mile loops. Cadet Summer Camp

Officers from the Brownsburg Police and Fire Departments are putting on a cadet summer camp for children ages 10-12.

Events include: team building exercises, drill and ceremony (marching), basic first aid, K-9 and motorcycle demonstrations, bicycle safety and self defense.

Our goal is to have Police and Rescue Officers interacting with young people, to give kids role models and mentors to look up to and to instill values, ethics and safety awareness in them.

The Police and Fire Departments are looking for 40-50 motivated young people for a five day program at Arbuckle Acres Park. Hats, shirts, and dog tags will be provided and there is NO COST to be a cadet. Camp hours will be from 8 am - 12 pm Monday through Friday, June 13th - 17th. Children will not be fed at camp. Water will be available for the children. On Thursday, June 16th, the children will be invited to bring their bicycles and are urged to wear safety equipment while performing the bike course. Extra helmets will be made available for those who do not have one.

Brownsburg Rotary Car Show

Brownsburg Rotary is holding its 2nd annual car show event. There will be live entertainment, a prize drawing, and awards. Food and drinks will also be provided. Bring out the whole family to see the cars and have a good time.
