Friends of Ashby and the Ashby School Council are proud to presentour 6th Annual Trivia Night and Auction event. This event has grown tobe our largest annual fundraiser. Thank you to everybody who comesalong and makes it a great night. Last year we raised almost $7,000
which was used to purchase needed furniture including tables, chairs, and mobile learning centres for several of our classrooms and a fourterm whiteboard for our staff room.
The event is a great evening with something for everyone:
Trivia Night - Test your knowledge or just have fun with familyand friends!
Auction - Bid on the night in our silent auction and live auctionor submit a proxy bid if you cant be there on one of the manyitems donated by local businesses!
Lucky Envelopes Take a chance and get lucky with coupons, small items or small gift vouchers!
Raffle - Buy raffle tickets on the night and win a fabulous prize!
Money raised through this years event willsupport the schoolsfledgling performing arts/music program.
An event of this nature would not be possible without a large numberof volunteers. Thank you to all the parents and staff who have assistedbefore, on and after the night. A special thank you to Mark Hyland forMCing the night.
So please join us for an evening of FUN and FUNDRAISING and supportAshby Primary School! Let's make 2011 event the best yet!
