Why Camp?Camp allows youth to explore and play in a nurturing enviroment, which in turn leads them to build a stronger faith foundation, discover personal gifts, develop new skills, as well as gain life-long friends and mentors. Bring your friends and spend a week at Fort Courage, an 1880’s style log fort. A beautiful setting, intentional simplicity, fun-loving staff and terrifi c food make Fort Courage a great place for small groups to interact and learn to rely on each other. Join us for a week-long adventure of exciting activities, making friends and growing in your faith. Activities at Fort Courage include:

• Low ropes challenge course• Hiking to nearby Round Mountain• Overnight campout• Bible study, worship and singing• Horseback riding• Cooking meals over an open campfi re• Living without electricity

Black Hills Riders is a special riding-centered week at Fort Black Hills Riders is a special riding-centered week at Fort BlackCourage. Live simply and ride outside camp each day, while exploring the Black Hill’s ridges, creeks, and mines. You will learn to care for your own horse, including: feeding, brushing and saddling. You will also learn about draft horses, covered wagons, horse-shoeing, and how to cook over an open campfi re. Enjoy daily Bible study, worship, games, and singing along the trail.

Extra fees apply for some activities. Your group can “build their own week of camp”. Choose a daily activity in the Black Hills from *our menu of adventures. Then, let go and let the well-trained AMR staff lead you on an amazing adventure. You can even build a “service trip” day into your experience. The week also includes daily Bible study, worship, meals cooked over an open campfi re, and time to hang out with friends. This program can accommodate groups of 10 to 30 people. *Adventures include:□ Rock climbing □ Horseback riding□ Spelunking and cave adventures□ Fly fi shing□ Mountain biking on the Mickelson Trail□ Kayaking□ Backpacking (choice of 2 to 4 days)□ Servant Projects□ Low ropes challenge course□ Geocaching□ Hiking

Kayak Adventure Grades 9-12: June 12-17 Cost: $470 (Corp) / $495 (Non-Corp)May sign up individually or as a small group. Limit 12 people. All kayak equipment provided for this adventure. Rapids, rocks, and ridiculous good times are what you will experience when you sign up for a “week on the water.” Four days of kayaking on both lake and creek and fi ve nights of camp fun will leave you begging for more. Bible study, worship, meals cooked over an open fi re, and team building are all a part of the experience. Come and experience Christ’s creation during this exciting week!

Ladies’ Backpack in the Black Hills Grades 9-Adult: June 26-July 1Cost: $370 (Corp) / $395 (Non-Corp)All backpack equipment provided for this adventure. Limit 12 people. Discover your place in God’s beautiful creation during a week of backpacking—designed for ladies only. Strengthen your faith, relationships, and muscles as our experienced staff guide you through a week of team-building, fellowship, and fun. A relaxing sauna, back at AMR, provides time to rejuvenate and refl ect after a life-changing week!

Men’s Backpack in the Bighorn Mountains Grades 9-Adult: July 10-15Cost: $370 (Corp) / $395 (Non-Corp)All backpack equipment provided for this adventure. Limit 10 people. Spend four days in the Cloud Peak Wilderness Area, northern Wyoming, hiking mountain trails and camping near crystal clear alpine lakes. Grow in faith as you live out a week free from daily distractions.
