Key Customer Status – Pierson Capital

• Pierson Capital Technology offers the MIIKOO device and service -a fraud protection system for financial transactions

• IDEX fingerprint sensor is currently being designed into the MIIKOO in order to enable a highly secure access for sensitive applications

• The system will provide biometric end-user authentication that interfaces to existing financial transaction services.

• Qualification is planned to be completed in the second half of 2011

• Shenzhen Huajing Technology Co. Ltd is a recognized company in Shenzhen focusing on a variety of technology areas

• Shen Zhen Huajing Technology appointed to develop a biometric enabled transactional security devices utilizing IDEX ASA SmartFinger® Film fingerprint sensors and accompanying biometric software algorithms

• Huajing focusing on providing personal identity authentication solutions as part of China’s ongoing program within “Internet of things”

• Identita delivers identity management solutions involving hardware tokens and client server application software

• Identita has in-house card manufacturing and currently manufactures an acoustic one-time password (OTP) smart card, an OTP display card
