What’s New In XL Paragon?

Auto Emailing of Summary of Hits Report: Brokers will now have the option to receive a monthly email summarizing the hits received on the current inventory for the entire office. The hits that are tracked are the XL Paragon Agent Hits, the XL Paragon Client/Customer Hits, and the njmls.com Consumer Hits. This overview is useful in tracking office listing performance and keeping tabs on office inventory.

iPad CompatibilityProspect functionality is now completed for the iPad. You can now save a Prospect Search as well as send an Agent Pick to a customer. You may now also add listings to your Watch List using the iPad.

To opt in to receiving these monthly emails, go to Toolkit>User Preferences>Section 5, and check the box next to Turn on auto-email of Summary of Hits. Your first report should be sent later this month.

Food for Thought

6

Let’s give thanks in November for everything that is good. To celebrate this feast of food, and the unofficial kickoff to the holiday season, here are some quotes that may just get you thinking how thankful you truly are:

“I would rather be able to appreciate things I cannot have than to have things I am not able to appreciate.” Elbert Hubbard

“What we do for ourselves dies with us. What we do for others and the world remains and is immortal.” Albert Pine

“Gratitude is a quality similar to electricity.: it must be produced and discharged and used up in order to exist at all.” William Faulkner

“Thanksgiving was never meant to be shut up in a single day.” Robert Caspar Lintner

“Thanksgiving, like contentment, is a learned attribute. The person who hasn’t learned to be content...lives with the delusion he deserves more or something better.” Robert Flatt

“Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.” Melody Beattie

“Gratitude consists of being more aware of what you have, than what you don’t.” unknown

“We often take for granted the very things that most deserve our gratitude.” unknown

“If you count all your assets, you always show a profit.” Robert Quillen
