KETH-TV 14/DT 24 provides a signal of good quality (47 CFR 76.55(c)(3», or is willing toprovide equipment for delivery of the necessary signal quality to your cable system, and is not a distant signalunder the compulsory copyright license specified in the Copyright Act (17 USC 11l)(see, 47 CFR56.55( c)(2». Your system does not devote more than one-third of its activated channel capacity to comply withits mandatory carriage obligations, and carriage of KETH-TV 14/DT 24 will ensure your compliance with 47CFR 76.56(b)(2).
