Tanzanian Country Program • Worked in partnership with three Tanzanian organizations to support their community

development, relief, human rights and gender justice programs; • Engaged in capacity building with our partners by designing and facilitating workshops on RBM,

environmental stewardship and human rights; • Supported partners’ strategic planning with partners and helped them develop project and

program proposals with results and indicators; • Wrote quarterly narrative reports for the country program using an online database; • Supported our partners in developing Organizational Capacity Indicators (OCI) to track their

organizational development versus their own self-determined goals; • Successfully helped partners develop proposals to external donors for partner's income

generation and relief projects; • Participated in organizational and program evaluations with partners in Tanzania and Zambia.

East & Southern Africa / Global Programs • Served as CRWRC Tanzania representative on the Capacity Building Innovation Network

(CABIN), a network of NGOs from Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda; • Worked with Evaluation Sub-Team to review the organization’s planning, monitoring and

evaluation practices around the world; • Chaired Environment Task Force to guide the development of a environmental impact
