Where we are today
Initiated planning for OWOW 2.0 Received $1 million in from CA Dept of Water Resources under Prop 84 to OWOW 2.0 Plan
Received funding from Bureau of Reclamation under 50‐50 cost share for OWOW 2.0 Plan. Environmental Justice, Disadvantaged Communities, Native American Tribal Communities
Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation In the process of redefining and convening Pillar groups

OWOW 2.0 will be considered successful when:
Advances the shared vision for:1. A watershed that is sustainable, drought‐proofed
and salt‐balanced by 2030, and in which water resources are protected and water is used efficiently
1. A Watershed that supports economic and environmental viability
2. A Watershed that mitigates and is adaptable to climate change
3. A Watershed in which everyone enjoys environmental justice
4. A Watershed in which interruptions to natural hydrology are minimized
5. A water ethic is held at the institutional and personal level

OWOW 2.0 will be considered successful when:
Results in regional multi‐benefit strategies and actions that otherwise would be difficult to conceptualize and implemented by a single entity
Is and is perceived as open, transparent and objective by all stakeholders
Provides and communicates value to all stakeholders, beyond the pursuit of specific funding opportunities
Addresses the needs of disadvantaged communities and the environment
