How to size your Perfectore
Proper position on body
1 Center tube 2 Slide shoulder pads on
3 Pass loops through
Cut ends - insert end caps
1 open tubes
2 fit cushion
3 pull down to tighten
FULLY ADJUSTABLEAdjust the size of the Perfectore by changing the size of the shoulder loops.Wear the Pefectore like a vest.
Pull the tube from the center of theshield and above the top contour tomake the shoulder loop larger.
Pull the tube from the center ofthe shield and down below thebottom contours to make theshoulder loop smaller
The figure 8 design expandsthe chest, lifting the head ontop of the shoulders.
The Perfectore fits comfortablysnug, properly positioned by thenatural curves of your body.

How long do I wear it?
To improve posture you mustpractice proper alignment whilesitting, standing, and walking.The Perfectore supplies thesupport you need to achieveimproved alignment.
The more you stretch with thePerfectore the stronger and moreconditioned your posture will get.Gradually your endurance to holdyour posture in proper alignmentwill increase.

Perform all exercise slowly with your head facing forwardand you chin slightly tucked in towards your chest.
S P I N E S T R E T C H• Grab a strand in each hand• extend your arms fully pulling
the strands• keep your head and feet facing
forward• arch from the small of your back• lean into the back stretch• slowly roll head, shoulders,
chest and abdomen forwardinto a stomach crunch stretchingagainst the tension of the tube

The Perfectore is designed to wear in two ways on yourbody; BACK POSITION and FRONT POSITION.
This provides a complete posture strengthening systemby working both the front and back muscles of the upperbody, giving you 360 degrees of support and strength.
In the back position the Perfectore is pulling your
shoulders back and down, opening up your chest,
stretching the pectoral muscles, engaging the
abdominals, taking the pressure off your lower
back and adjusting you into proper alignment,
keeping you from slouching.
