Terri McCormickHead Coach

After helping the University of Mobileto a second-place finish at the 2008 NAIANational Championships, McCormickbegins her third season at the helm of theUniversity of Mobile softball program.

McCormick is a 1997 graduate of theUniversity of Mobile and became the softball program's first three-time NAIAAll-American. After playing volleyball at Mississippi College fortwo years, she transferred to play softball at UM in 1993. In 1996,McCormick was named GCAC Player of the Year. McCormickearned both her bachelor’s degree in sports medicine and her mas-ter’s degree in education from UM.

McCormick was an integral part of the development of theSpring Hill program during the first three years. She helped leadthe inaugural team to a Top 25 ranking in 1998, and in the secondseason helped lead the team to a 3rd place finish at the NAIANational Championship.

McCormick's other experiences include executive director of theNorth Mobile YMCA, management with the United Parcel Service,and softball coach at Satsuma High School.

The Satsuma, AL native is married to UM graduate KenMcCormick.

Ginger ReeserAssistant Coach

Reeser begins her second season as assistant coach after pitching for the LadyRams for two seasons.

In two seasons as a player, Reeserracked up a 42-11 record with 41 complete games over 347.2 inningspitched. The lefty posted a 1.61 ERA andfanned 222 batters. She went 24-3 last season to help guide Mobileto a second-place finish at the 2008 NAIA NationalChampionships.

Reeser is a two-time All-GCAC selection, including being namedGCAC Pitcher of the Year in 2008. She was also named aDaktronics-NAIA Scholar Athlete in 2008, and was a 1st-TeamAll-Region selection.

The Monticello, IL native is largely responsible for working withpitchers and catchers, along with the normal day-to-day tasks.

"Ginger has done an exceptional job with our pitchers,”McCormick said. “Her experience and knowledge are paying dividends with the battery.”

Jessica McIntyreAssistant Coach

After playing on the University ofMobile softball team for four seasons andbeing a part of the Lady Rams' 2006National Championship Team, McIntyrewill begin her second season as assistantcoach for the Lady Rams.

While playing first base for Mobile,McIntyre posted a career .315 batting average in 144 games, whiledriving in 71 runs. She is a two-time Daktronics-NAIA ScholarAthlete and was a 1st-Team All-GCAC selection in 2007.

The Decatur, AL native's main coaching duties are to oversee hitting and defense.

“Jessica, “Mac,” has had an impact on a young team.McCormick said. “She is an excellent communicator with a greatknowledge of the game, both offensively and defensively.”
