Who We Are

The brand Novatec is represented as the high end product of company Joy Industrial Co., LTD. Novatec was established during Year 1989 with outstanding performance and efforts in bicycle hubs and supply to well-known companies all over the world. Every product in Novatec Brand is all made in Taiwan. Novatec is constantly investing and researching the perfect products for the market needs and also focusing on the perfection in every detail of our products. And during 2000, 2004, 2005 and 2008, Novatec hub and carbon fiber wheel sets were awarded with SOE (the symbol of excellence honors products from Taiwan that are world-class in excellence and quality) product prize award. Unlike other hub manufacturers, we do not offer an “OK” quality hub to customer, but we take care of the quality as our major target and most important job through out 365 days everyday! And that is who we are!

AWARDS & HISTORY

WARNING !1/ Alloy axle and alloy cassette body must be inspected after every competition or training. If any damages, cracks or other defects are found, the part must not be used anymore and must be replaced by new Novatec part.2/ Do not use high pressure water jet to clean the area in between cassette body and hub body.3/ Do not use degreaser or other chemicals on the rubber seals.4/ Many Novatec hubs cassette bodies are using alloy material. The alloy cassette bodies must be fitted with ONE PIECE cassette! Do not use individual cogs on the alloy cassette bodies as the individual cogs can damage the alloy cassette bodies, causing cassette bodies failure.

NOTICE1/ To keep warranty for these parts, it must be inspected regularly every six months by Novatec service center or other professional service. 2/ We recommend to extend utility of product by regular maintenance.
