§ 44-146.19 F. All political subdivisions shall provide an annually updated emergency management assessment to the State Coordinator of Emergency Management on or before July 1 of each year.

About the Web-based Format
Each locality will have its own password-protected account.
The survey will take the form of several data input screens, where the user will be asked to respond to questions.
Data will be accessible on the Web site and the locality will be able to view the data they submitted.
Each locality will only be able to see its own data.
