    2010 Budget Commentary

Included in this years budget bills were many conflicting policy issues that impact East Valley businesses. Support for one policy and opposit

to another issue in the same budget bill made grading difficult. While the EVCCA communicated its positions on policy issues to lawmakers,

because of the aforementioned conflict, legislators were not graded on the budget bills.
