ManagersFrank Post,General Manager, has been in the auction business for 28 years. Frank started out as Fleet Lease Manager and Condition Report Writer, Assistant General Manager and then he moved to General Manager.

Patti Bailey,Auction Manager, has been in the auction business for 23 years.Patti has been title Clerk, Office Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager and is currently the Auction Manager.

Russ Coghlan,Assistant General Manager, has been in the auction business 15 years. Russ had held the positions of Body Shop, Recon, Transport, Lot, Maintenance and Security Managers. Currently as his role as an AGM is to oversee the operations of the auction which includes recon, lot operations and Fleet Lease and National

accounts.

Managers cont.Lowell Doublin,Assistant General Manager, has been in the auction industry for 20 years. Lowell has been in Sales and Marketing, Fleet Lease Manager, General Sales Manager and currently Assistant General Manager. He served Manheim by traveling to China for 9 months in which he was the Project Manager for the building, staffing and start up of one of our China Auctions.

Jason Keese,Fleet Lease Manager, has been in the auction industry for 15 years. Jason has held the positions of Operations Foreman, Fleet Lease Operations Supervisor, Field Remarketor and is now the Fleet Lease Manager.

Judy Clark,Specialty Manager, has been in the auction industry for 19 years. Judy has worked in the Fleet Lease Department, then moved up to Assistant Fleet Lease Manager and is now the Specialty Manager for the Specialty sales at Jacksboro Hwy.

Our sales staff and our marketing center works hard each and every week to ensure that the right mix of sellers and buyers come together. Our Fleet Lease department works very closely with their accounts to ensure that the vehicles are picked-up, and turned around within the quickest amount of time, and selling with the highest residual possible. In 2009 Manheim DFW had an average weekly buyer base of 1800 customers and sold 88,097 units.

Every Monday Manheim DFW has units that run in the Manheim Monday Online Sales Event on OVE.com. We

have units running from GE Remarketing, Hertz, Mercedes-Benz Financial, Audi of America, ARI and more. Dealers can start previewing vehicles on the

Friday before the sale at 1pm CST.

Every Thursday starting at 9:30am we have our Open Factory, Fleet Lease and Dealer Consignment Sales. This is our main sale day with companies such as Ford Motor Credit, Mazda, AmeriCredit, GE Remarketing, Franklin, Enterprise Holdings, Hertz, VRS, United Auto Credit, Loanstar Title, Capps, Omni, RLB, Sun Trust, Auto Bank, Donlen, Barco, Auto Nation, MCMC and Wholesale Inc.

Manheim DFW has an Exotic Highline sale monthly on Tuesdays running 1000+ units. “One of the Largest in the Nation!” Featuring: Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volkswagen Credit, Audi Financial Services, Porsche, SAAB, Mercedes-Benz Financial and Dealer Consignment.

Every other week on Wednesdays, Manheim DFW has it’s Ford Lincoln Mercury Closed Factory Sale. As a Ford Motor Company auction facility, we ensure that the Ford vehicles are handled to Ford’s Exacting standards.

Manheim Dallas Ft. Worth offers a variety of optionsto buy and sell units. At the Jacksboro facility we aremoving towards the future in our state of the arttheaters. Our Specialty line of Boats, RVs, Motorcyclesand Heavy Trucks are auctioned off in our 2 theaters.The theaters being inside offers relief from the outsideweather conditions. Inside the theaters the customersare treated to a multi-media experience that shows thatManheim DFW is on the forefront of using technologyin the auction arena. As the seller is in the block thereare a multitude of screens providing information as towhat images are shown, bids received, basic unitinformation and next upcoming unit. Professional ringmen are on the floor throughout the theater taking bidsand assisting the buyers with questions.

Manheim DFW has the ability to bring the auction house to the seller. Contained within a 32 foot trailer, Manheim DFW can bring the

expertise, marketing, excitement and protection that anyManheim facility can offer right at the dealership. The trailerworks on a high-speed satellite connection back to Manheim.Because of this we can operate anywhere in the UnitedStates and bring live internet bidding to the dealership. Thistrailer provides an air conditioned/heated office space so thatbuyers can check in and check out, reports can be generatedand all the necessary paperwork dealt with. A block is built intothe trailer so that the auctioneer,seller representative and the blockclerk can see and interact with thebuyers and bring the adrenaline ofa live auction out. When we areonsite we bring everything we need to put on a sale: TV’s, tables,operational tools, and clean upsupplies.

Detail and Recon

• 45,000 Sq. Ft. Detail, Mechanical, Paint and Body Shop

• In the detail area we have 4 lanes where we can detail 250 cars in a day.

• In our paint and body shop we have 2 - 4 in 1 car paint booths and can turn around 80 cars in a day.

• As part of the Manheim family, Dent Wizard is the one-stop resource for automobile dent removal and minor paint repairs. Dent Wizard is the industry leader in paintless dent removal, a process that removes dings, minor dents, creases and hail damage. Dent Wizard’s services cost a fraction of traditional repair methods and takes less time.

• The remarkable, patented Chip Wizard approach eliminates small chips and scratches, leaving the vehicle with an unblemished finish. OEM color-matched paint is mixed with special additives and applied to cover minor flaws, readying the vehicle for a quick sale.

• Manheim DFW provides a full spectrum of mechanical repairs for vehicles that are to be auctioned. Mechanical checks typically review items of concern discovered by pre-sale electronic condition reports or post-sale inspections (PSI). A mechanic decides if there is a mechanical problem and gives an estimate of the potential repair cost to the consignor. Sellers can request that repairs are made prior to a sale, and buyers can request repairs after they purchase a vehicle. Our mechanics are the best equipped and are ASC Master Technicians. They can perform light to major mechanical repairs.

Vehicle Entry Process

Manheim DFW is currently in the process of adopting the Manheim Vehicle Entry Process.

This process has successfully tied together several departments within the Auction with the express purpose of cutting the time to ready vehicles for

sale. This process will ultimately haveunits viewable on Auto IMS with full

condition reports and pictures, on average,within 24 hours of arrival at the auction

regardless of delivery time or day of week.

• Manheim Transport (formerly Transport Solution) is the centralized transportation resource for Manheim operating locations and customers. Its primary goal is to improve the transport process for all entities involved -- operating locations, customers (both buyers and sellers), and transporters.

• For Our Customers Sellers and buyers benefit from having one Manheim source to assist with their transportation needs. Manheim Transport refers pre-screened transport vendors to match customer needs. The result is consistent transport service levels and processes across the Manheim footprint.

Manheim North Texas Customer Service Center and Marketing

“One Call Does It All”• At Manheim DFW our Customer Service Center and Marketing team can get you the

right dealers in your lane and on-line.• Our Customer Service Center has 7 marketing professionals that contact dealers for

your sales via phone calls and emails. And if a dealer has any questions, they will work with them until the answer or problem is solved.

• Manheim DFW also provides in house advertising which includes posters in the lobby and in the lanes. Flyers are posted throughout the auction including the men’s and women’s restrooms, dealer services area and computer stations.

• Manheim DFW has an outside sales team that goes out and visits dealers in person to inform them about different sales, dates, times and any special promotions that are happening.

• We also have a van service that takes dealers to and from the auction, local airports and specially selected hotels. All vans have up to date calendars and upcoming weekly flyers.

• Dealers can also stay informed about sales by following updates on Twitter and by becoming a fan on Facebook where all flyers, posters and calendars are posted as well as reminders of the sale on sale day.

• Manheim On-Line (MOL) – Pre-Sales, Post Sales and Promotions are all available on- line.
