The Columbus District Gol Association will send $5 per player romeach 2010 entry ee to the Capital Campaign or the new EvansScholar House at the Ohio State University. The new house, locatedat 52 East 14th Avenue is named the Hamilton House in honor oEarl “Bones” Hamilton. $5 per player o the entry ee qualifes as acharitable donation or ederal income tax purposes.

EVANS SCHOLARSHIP

Evans Scholars Foundation administers the nation’s largest privatelyunded college scholarship program. Since 1930, over 8,500deserving young caddies have earned their college degrees through

Evans Scholarships. Today, more than 820 caddies attend collegeeach year as Evans Scholars. The Evans Scholarship was ounded bygol great Charles “Chick” Evans Jr. (1890-1979).

number. No practice round included in entry ee.RULES USGA rules will govern all play except or local rules approved by CDGA.

CARTS Gol carts and caddies are permitted. Players may carry clubs i host club permits.

CADDIES The ollowing constitutes a condition o the competition and is authorized by Appendix I,Part C, Section 3 o the Rules o Gol. “A player is prohibited rom having a parent, guardian oranother player in the same competition serve as his caddie during the stipulated round.”

TEE TIMES Requested tee times can not be guaranteed. Copies o starting times will be sentto CDGA Pro Shops approximately one week in advance o event. Contestants may checkOHIOGOLF.ORG.

DEADLINE June 24, 2010, 4 p.m. (or when feld flls at 112). No Tee Entries. No Fax, phoneor e-mail entries.

FORMAT Handicap index limit o 10.4. 18 Hole qualifer on Tuesday, with low 31 and 2009Champion starting match play Wednesday. Matches continue Thursday, with fnal matches onFriday

ENTRY FEE $90.00. Members o Pinnacle may enter this event or $72.00 (20% discount asa host club member). Entry includes cart and practice range on Tuesday and practice rangeor qualiying players. Fee will not be reunded ater deadline unless player submits a writtenmedical excuse.
