RUSH ORDERS Standard processing time is 6-8 weeks. You can submit Rush Orders through our website (www.bookbind.net) or mail in your order form with book(s) and payment. (See order form for Rush Order options.) Processing time does not include s. hipping time and begins when we receive your book(s)! Please consider this as you make your Rush Order selection.

COLORS

For color options refer to the printed color sample on page 1of this brochure, which includes both Classic and Designer Colors,

color or texture may vary slightly from book to book. Designer colors are available for an additional $5.00 per item. Colors of

our Tooled and Premier Style covers will not be identical due to the uniqueness of each leather piece. For a truer representation

you can order a free swatch card of actual leather samples, item SWA-1.

SHIPPING & UPS Ground delivery charges within the continental USA are $15.00 for the first completed book and $2.00 per each

HANDLING - additional completed book. Next Day Air is available for an additional charge. For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or

DOMESTIC &

Puerto Rico, please call for shipping quote or place order through our website which will calculate the cost.

EXPORT ORDERS

Export orders (those shipped outside the USA) can be shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail International. Additional

shipping and handling charges will apply. We will not drop-ship an order outside of the USA. Customer is responsible for all

applicable taxes, tariffs, duties or brokerage fees.

TITLES For Deluxe and Tooled Covers - Large Reference Bible: “New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures” -Times Roman font.

Regular-size Bible and Bible/ Reasoning Combination: “Holy Bible”- Old English font. Spanish language books will have the

Spanish equivalent. Changes from these standard titles and fonts or titles in other languages are available for a minimum

$10.00 charge. Additional charges may apply. For Embossed Frame and Premier Covers choose between Harrington or

Amazone fonts. See website or call customer service for more information on items not listed.

FOIL STAMPING Titles, names and dates will be stamped with gold-colored foil unless silver is chosen. This applies to Deluxe Style items only.

TETRAGRAMMATON

The Tetragrammaton is included on the spines of all bound Bibles (except ) for no additional charge. If you do not

want this feature, please let us know in the “Notes” section of the order form. There is a $10.00 charge to have this removed.

PERSONALIZATION

Names are stamped free on most bookbinding orders and will be stamped with the same font style as the title on the cover.

Stamping a name to KM binders, Study and Service Organizers or spiral bound books is an additional $8.00. Date stamps

and personal messages on inside endsheets will be laser- etched.

PAPER EDGES Most bound books will have speckled edges, unless, for an additional charge, gold or silver gilding is selected. (This does not

apply to Basic Style books.) Foil stamping on the cover will match either the gold or silver gilding. Used books cannot be gilded.

USED OR SPECIAL

Add $10.00 for used books, defined as books with markings, names or bent pages. Books needing extensive repairs

BOOKS or books other than Watchtower publications will be quoted before proceeding. Used books cannot be gilded.

SHIPPING YOUR All books to be bound must be provided by the customer. Carefully wrap your books with plastic wrap or newspaper

BOOKS TO US and ship them to us in a box. DO NOT USE A PADDED ENVELOPE BECAUSE YOUR BOOKS WILL GET DAMAGED IN

SHIPPING.

RETURN POLICY Our Satisfaction Guarantee: We will repair or replace items we determine to be defective or that deviate from our standards

in materials and/or workmanship. Items that are not personalized and are in re-saleable condition must be returned within 30

days of ship date for a full refund of the product cost. Cancelled or changed orders may incur additional fees to cover

materials used, services provided and work performed. Shipping and Rush Order charges are non-refundable.
