Lynchburg College Men’s Soccer vs. Randolph College Shellenberger Field - Sat., Oct. 31 - 7 p.m. Overall: 13-2-2 Home: 6-1-1 ODAC: 7-1-2 TODAY’S GAME: Lynchburg College hosts Randolph College in the first round of the ODAC Tournament. LC earned the #3 seed for the Tourna- ment while Randolph comes into the game as the 6th seed. PREVIOUS MEETING: The Lynchburg College men’s soccer team breezed to a 3-0 win against cross town rival Randolph College in Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) action on September 19. A Randolph foul in the box led to Josh Reed being awarded a pen- alty kick which he converted to give Lynchburg a 1-0 lead. Ryan Renfro notched his first goal on the contest in the 39th minute as he fired a shot into the back of the net off a Pat Brown pass to provide the insurance goal. Renfro then added his second goal of the night in the 44th minute to provide the final margin. The Hornets outshot the Wildcats 17-9 and held a 4-1 edge in corner kicks. The fouls were even as each team recorded 14 violations and each team had three saves.
