including primarily retail, commercial and industrial. Deals originating from local and national contacts.

Our brand &capabilities are getting known to the valuation market. Achieved through existing contacts, Colliers’ local contacts, presentations and old school prospecting.

Valuation: Where Are We Going? 2009 FOCUS

– Goals & Priorities Smart and calculated growth. Build a strong, energetic and competent team with presence

downtown and in St. Laurent by year end. Grow our share of the Montreal market by continued

networking and referrals. PS We pay referral fees. Promote and secure IFRS and Benchmarking mandates in

addition to primary valuation, tax and consultancy services. Improve National CIRA recognition along with other offices. All

CIRA offices communicate regularly and share portfolio mandates and referrals. We are coordinating report structures, information databases and processes.

The nationalization and globalization of our client base requires a strong and coordinated national team.
