Eastern Lighting stirred considerable excitement at JCK 2009 when we introduced our new Par 38 SuperLux. It is rated at 6000 Kelvin, meaning it is one of the whitest lights available.

The LED bulb is designed to last; having more fins, it creates more surface area to dissipate heat better than any com-peting lights. In fact, the LEDs are rated at 50,000 hours life span. Translated into store operation hours, this means the LED bulb has the potential to last several years.

At Eastern Lighting, we currently are working to achieve three color temperatures with this new bulb while also evaluating different angles to best meet your needs. Addi-tionally, we are in the initial stage of developing one of our Par 38 bulbs to provide even more output. Our intent is to have this new bulb available no later than the start of 2010.
