GROUP WORK INSTRUCTIONS
1. DISCUSS developmental needs or skills needs that you have observed for your group.
2. REVIEW and DISCUSS attendance graph. Problem solve if there is an issue for this group collectively, regionally, or otherwise.
3. REVIEW and DISCUSS Course Evals and Comments for all trainings. Chose one suggestion to incorporate into 2009 schedule.
4. FILL OUT 2009 Training Schedule-
• Negotiate within your group to come up with ONE combined ‘Ideal Training Schedule” of 90 minute topics. Use the information from past years to help, but don’t just ‘pick and plop’.
• Trainings over 90 minutes should be added to the “90+ minute WORKSHEET
• Using the list of employees by career path, go back through your group worksheet and assign the appropriate presenters to the training. Think about consulting with our advisors from Accounting, IS and HR to pick the most qualified presenter. Feel free to suggestion your own outside presenters. For instance, Money Management Educators or Magellan Health Care –our EAP company.
