It is with great pleasure that we present the Physician Directory 2008 forHarton Regional Medical Center. We hope you find this directory usefuland keep it for future reference.

We are very proud of the outstanding physicians practicing at our facility.They represent a broad range of specialties providing professionalmedical care.

The number of physicians affiliated with our hospital continues toincrease. These continuing increases are consistent with our commitmentto bring to you the very best in dedicated employees, efficient facilitiesand professional medical care.


Mission Statement

Harton Regional Medical Center is a 137-bed acute care facility thatannually provides care to over 5,500 inpatients of all ages. We currentlycare for over 21,000 emergencies and operate outpatient areas that carefor over 60,000 people each year.

The hospital serves as the principal and most comprehensive generalacute care hospital in Coffee County and is the regional referral centerfor Moore, Bedford and Franklin counties of Tennessee. As a majoremployer, the facility is a significant contributor to the economic andsocial vitality of its community. The governance of this system is by aBoard of Trustees who provide their services on behalf of the community.

The MISSION of Harton Regional Medical Center is to provide thehighest quality service to our patients, physicians and the communities weserve in a safe, compassionate and efficient manner.

HRMC in recognition of its mission, will strive to:

• be the preferred provider of healthcare services needed by thecommunity;

• develop a system of health care services in partnership with thehospital's medical staff, employees, volunteers and the community, inorder to provide the most appropriate level of care to the greatestnumber of people in need;

• maintain an environment which promotes satisfaction and opportunityfor the employee, the physician, and the patient;

• maintain the hospital's financial ability to support quality health careat reasonable cost, in accordance with community needs andregulatory authority;
