Fees
Please make payment at the GO for any outstanding fees before collecting
your results
Personal Particulars
Ensure accuracy of personal particulars
(statutory names, Hanyu Pinyin names and
Chinese characters)
Inform GO of any errors by 15 Apr 2021
Any amendment/s to certificate will involve a
payment of $50
Replacement for results slips can be obtained
directly from MOE Customer Service Centre

[JAE]
Students who had accepted offers through 2020
Direct School Admission – Junior College (DSA-JC)
and met the eligible criteria for admission will be
admitted to their chosen JC.
Students who had accepted conditional offers to a
polytechnic course through Early Admissions Exercise
(EAE) will be confirmed if they meet the following
criteria:
Net ELR2B2≤26
Meet minimum entry requirements for poly course
These students cannot take part in JAE
DSA-JC/EAE

Joint Admissions Exercise (JAE)
All applications must be submitted online through
the JAE Internet System (JAE-IS)
JAE website : https://www.moe.gov.sg/jae
You are required to key in your NRIC/FIN and the
JAE PIN to access JAE-IS
Students successfully admitted to a school or poly
through DSA-JC or EAE will not be eligible to
participate in JAE

JAE registration is from: 11th Jan (Mon), 3pm to
15th Jan (Fri), 4pm.

Make full use of your 12 choices
Application fees will be collected by the
institution that you will be enrolled in.
Joint Admissions Exercise (JAE)
1. Refer to Form A for eligibility.
2. Match the course codes to those in the JAE booklet.
3. Check previous year’s requirements (points).
4. Rank 12 choices in order of preference.
1st, 2nd and 3rd choice: Courses you really like (even if the cut-off from last year is lower)
4th to 8th choice: Rank courses in order of preference.
9th to 12th choice: Courses that you are sure to get in.
Applying for JAE
Save and retain a copy of the Verification Slip
for your record after submitting your application
Results of JAE application will be tentatively
released on 28th Jan (Thurs) through the JAE-IS
website or through SMS to the mobile number
provided during registration
Applicants posted to JCs and MI are to report to
their posted institutions on 29th Jan (Fri)
Applicants posted to polytechnics and ITE will
receive an enrollment package from their
respective institutions by end Feb.
Joint Admissions Exercise (JAE)
≤ 2 GCE 'O' Level passes (excluding CCA) and
≤ 44 points in 5 subjects (excluding CCA)
OR
≥ 3 GCE 'O' Level passes (excluding CCA) and
Do not qualify for a JC, MI or Poly
< 20 years of age on 2 Jan 2021 (4E SG/PR),
< 21 years of age on 2 Jan 2021 (5NA SG/PR)
Attempted GCE O Level Exam for the first time in
2020
Repeat Criteria
Collect Blue Application Form from the
school GO and submit in either of the
following time periods :
Between 11-15 January 2021
OR
between 28 January-1 February 2021
Repeat Application Procedure
Submit through the school (discuss with FT /
subject teacher before appealing)
Fee : $112.35 per subject
Closing date: 15th Jan (Fri)
Service includes a review of the marking and full
clerical re-check
No report will be provided for individual appeal
