The 2007 Philadelphia Area Kosher CommunitySurvey (KCS) received an excellent reception from thecommunity with a response rate of close to 300participants – an impressive improvement over lastyear’s inaugural survey! The KCS feedback process isclearly taking hold in Philadelphia.

Despite good participation, there were not enoughwritten comments to create full summaries for most ofthe establishments. As KCS is all about improvement,we challenge kosher consumers in Philadelphia towrite more written comments for next year’s survey!

In any event, for those establishments that did well, please congratulate them. For those establishmentsthat need improvement, let them know that we lookforward to seeing scores go up next year!

Good Noshing,Neil Rosenbaum
