In the Meeting Rooms: Because of copyright restrictions, no re-cordings of any kind are permitted without prior written consentof the presenter in any course. Consent forms are available atthe SPIE Audiovisual Desk, and anyone wishing to record musthave a written consent form signed and filed for each presenterbeing recorded. Individuals not complying with this policy willbe asked to leave a given session and to surrender their film orrecording media.
