Cisco Unity 5.0: Cisco IP Phone Integration Adding value to the Cisco IPC solution Message Monitor (Desktop and Remote)

– Allows users to listen to messages as they are being left similar to answering machine behavior

– Calls can be answered while message is in progress

Dropped call recovery– Enables users to recover in-process messages or return to inbox stack

location in the event of an abrupt disconnect from the Cisco Unity serve

Unity Phone View– The message locator feature used to view voicemail message queue on IP
