Reflecting back on the past three years or so, the road to success can be best summed up in the title andwords of the Beatles’ song,“The Long andWinding Road.”Our travelshave beenmarked bymanyaccomplishments and successeswhichwill be outlined in this report, aswell as challenges, such as an unprecedented downturn in the nationaleconomy.
