10:16 a.m. Message from Dill Dykes from phone # 785-233-703

-Jill left a message stating that " ....Rikki called her last night.. .." and wanted

to cancel the Wednesday visit at Safe Visit. And that Rikki had a Girl scout

dinner at 6:30 P.M. Wednesday night at the Tecumseh North School and would

like for me to join her. Jill continued to state that this was alright with Hal (as if

he can go against the Court Orders) that I attend the dinner and that he would not

be there. Jill further stated that she has already called and confirmed with Lloyd

Swartz that I be permitted to attend this function, to which Lloyd Swartz is the

author of the above mentioned Court Order.

I already have a Court Order that outlines my attendance at all school activities

where parents are welcome to attend if he still has all authority to decide when

and if I am allowed to attend what I have already been authorized by the Courts to

so.

This of course is no problem with me as I already had permission to join Rikki at
