• Austin Free-Net (AFN) is a non-profit corporation established in 1995.

• Funded by foundation and corporate grants, City of Austin contracts and community support.

• AFN Mission:

Ensure that underserved communities can access and effectively use the Internet and computer technologies in

public spaces throughout Greater Austin.

• Free 1-hour assessment• $55/hour - Database design and management• $50/hour - On-site tech support• $40/hour - Annual "Scheduled Support Contract”

for regular repair/maintenance visits• $30/hour - Repairs on equipment brought to our

lab (an appointment must be scheduled for both the drop off and pick up of your equipment)

• $30/hour - Phone support (in 20-minute increments)
