1 COMPETITOR INFORMATION TEAM STAGING AREA (NEW LOCATION) – MARCH 6-10 For teams arriving at Daytona early, teams may stage and build bikes inside Gate 70 on the Speedway’s backstretch, located off Midway Boulevard between the Speedway and the Daytona Beach International Airport. Please refer to the map on page 6 for the exact location. Please refrain from riding bikes extensively throughout the staging area. Gate 70 will be open from 6am-6pm daily, Monday, March 6 through Friday, March 10. Gate 70 will open at 8am on Saturday, March 11. Paddock parking is scheduled for Friday, March 10 from 9-10am for semi-trucks (factory and independent teams), followed by Privateer parking from 10am-12pm. For teams arriving overnight when Gate 70 is not open, parking is available in Lot 2 behind Cobb Theatres. Please refer to the map on page 7 for the exact location. This lot is for overnight parking only and should not be used to build bikes. TEAM REGISTRATION Team registration is located at the Gate 32 Ticket Booth E. All competitors and teams may access the registration location from Gate 40 off Williamson Boulevard. Please follow the on-site signage to the appropriate parking area. Access via car to Ticket Booth E is not available off International Speedway Boulevard due to the new Midway display layout. Please see the map on page 7 for exact location.

AMA Will Call Hours:

• Saturday, March 5 9am – 7pm DIS WILL CALL Will call for tickets purchased in advance through Daytona’s ticket office is located at the entrance to UNOH Fanzone inside Daytona’s infield or at the main ticket office inside the Tours Building outside of Tunnel 4. Both will call locations will be open on Saturday, March 11. EVENT PARKING Daily competitor parking is available March 10-11 and is located inside the infield road course of the Speedway. Teams may enter the infield through either Tunnel 1 through Gate 40 off of Williamson Blvd or Tunnel 4 off of Bill France Blvd. FUEL Please fuel your bikes outside of the blue garages, either directly outside your garage space or by your transporters. We ask that you do not fuel your bikes inside the garages. EMERGENCY SERVICES The Speedway Emergency Dispatch Center will be open March 10 at 9am through March 20 at 12pm. For Fire Rescue and Security needs, call 386-681-3333 or extension 20-3333 from an internal phone. The Florida Hospital Care Center will be open during garage hours for all events and can be reached at 386-681-6753.

BIKE WASH LOCATION – NEW FOR 2017 The bike wash has been relocated to the west end of the Blue Garages, past the AMA hauler near the Sunoco gas pumps. We ask that you do not wash your bikes at your garage location. INDUSTRY SEATING Industry seating is located in the pit road grandstands, adjacent to the DAYTONA Supercross By Honda course and is available to SXP credential holders and AMA Supercross hard cards. ON-SITE FOOD, BEVERAGE, ICE Within the garage area, teams may purchase food, beverages and ice from the Blue Garage Concession stand located on the West end of the Blue Garage adjacent to the Sunoco fuel station. Hours of operation are the same as garage open and close times. Additional on-site food and beverage is located in UNOH Fanzone, adjacent to the east end of the garage area, including the Budweiser Bistro. GARAGE TEAM SIGNAGE DIS will produce team identification signage to be placed above each team’s garage stall during the DAYTONA Supercross By Honda, featuring the team name used on the official entry list. FACTORY FILMERS Factory filmers will receive access to the viewing platform on the roof of the DAYTONA 500 Club, beginning at 11:30am on race day. Wristbands to access this area will be distributed on race morning by Julie Giese. We ask that you only the viewing platform and do not sit in the seating on the roof, since this is a paid admission area for hospitality guests. FM FREQUENCY Daytona International Speedway’s public address system can be heard on FM 107.9 throughout the event. LOAD OUT Teams need to load out of the blue garages by 12pm on Sunday, March 12. Gate 70 will be open on Sunday from 6am-6pm and Monday, 3/13, from 6am-12pm for teams to build bikes in advance of the next round. Overnight parking is also available in Lot 2 by Cobb Theatres. As a reminder, Lot 2 is available for parking only and work on your bikes is not permitted. SHIPPING AND RECEIVING Daytona International Speedway’s shipping and receiving department is located at 2013 Dunn Avenue, Daytona Beach, FL 32114, adjacent to the Daytona International Speedway Credential Office. All packages should be sent using the address below and include your name as the contact and a phone number. Packages should be picked up in person from the Dunn Avenue location. WASTE DISPOSAL REQUIREMENTS It is a violation of State and Federal Laws to improperly dispose of toxic or hazardous wastes in used oil. DIS provides sites for the proper disposal of wastes generated at its events. Please contact DIS Dispatch for SPILL assistance at 386-681-3333. All cleaning fluids (only non-chlorinated brake and carb cleaners are permitted), oil, antifreeze or other fluids that are brought on to DIS grounds by teams must be removed by teams upon their departure or disposed of as provided below. Any intentional or improper disposal of any waste products on the property of DIS will be dealt with summarily by your sanctioning authority, DIS and the appropriate governmental authorities. Do not throw chemicals, batteries or other hazardous garage wastes in red or white general trash barrels.

USED OIL: (Motor Oil, Transmission Fluid, Gear Oil, Hydraulic Oil) collection containers are provided in the Infield Recycle Rooms as well as Lot 6 during pre-event staging. They are marked “Used Oil”. Only used oil may be placed in these containers. Used oil accidentally contaminated with solvents, brake fluid, anti-freeze or other fluids must be delivered to the Recycle Stations for alternate disposal. TICKETS Tickets are on sale and can be purchased by calling the Speedway Ticket Office at 1-800 PITSHOP or by visiting www.daytonainternationalspeedway.com. The Speedway Ticket Office phone lines are open Monday through Friday, 9am to 9pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 7pm. Tickets can also be purchased in person during race events at the Speedway Ticket Office located outside the Turn 4 tunnel or at the entrance to UNOH Fanzone on March 11.

DAYTONA 500 Club Industry Admissions (pink wristbands) Date: Saturday, March 11 Hours: 3pm – completion of the DAYTONA Supercross By Honda Location: The DAYTONA 500 Club is the four-story tower located in Daytona’s infield between the

AMA Supercross pits and the course/pit road. Access to the DAYTONA 500 Club is available from UNOH Fanzone or through the chute between the Monster Energy AMA Supercross pits and the Club (doors face the Monster Energy AMA Supercross pits).

Access: All guests entering the DAYTONA 500 Club are required to have a wristband. The

enclosed pink wristbands provide guests’ access to the Second Floor Lounge throughout the day. A cash bar will be available on this floor beginning at 5pm. Please note that the third floor and rooftop are paid admission areas and are not accessible with these pink wristbands. Separate wristbands will be provided for your factory filmers, providing access to the DAYTONA 500 Club roof.
