Dear Sir/ Maam,

As a Congregational Zaken of the Philippine Messianic Jewish
Congregation, a religious sect affiliated with International
Messianic Judaism Netzarim Ministry particularly Tikvat Yisrael and
Or HaMoshiach, on behalf of Mr. Jimmy P. Caezo, R.N. who is a bona
fide member of our Congregation, I am writing to your good office
with a firm and humble appeal that if it be possible, Mr. Caezo be
excused from rendering medical duties from Friday evening up to
Saturday evening which is our religious day of rest in accordance
with the Law of Moses and for all Israel .
We believe in the professional capacity of your hospital to
respond and cater the medical needs of the people in the province.
Along this line, we are also of the belief that your management is
guided by the principles of justice, equity and good faith in the
treatment of your personnel particularly in their respective
religious beliefs and practices.
Should our request be granted, we want to assure you by this
unqualified undertaking that our observance of Shabbat will never
become a hindrance nor will affect in anyway whatsoever the
delivery of basic medical services to your patients. In effect, we
would be more circumspect that this favor we are asking from your
good office will be fragilely cherished with great devotion instead
of being blemished to its destruction.
May our sincere and humble request merit your favorable
response. We pray that the G-d of our forefathers Abraham, Isaac
and Israel continue to pound you more with countless blessings.
