VICTORY AVIATION CO LTD (VACL) has a contract to do a batch of 50 students every year. Students can do there 2 years OJT in VAECO’s Base Maintenance Hangar at Hanoi Base & Ho Chi Minh Base in Vietnam.

VICTORY AVIATION CO LTD (VACL) is in a long-term contract with South East Asia's leading 145 EASA / FAA / ICAO approved MRO - VAECO (Vietnam Airline Engineering Company Ltd) – Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh Base.



A). VAECO Training Course Content & OJT Fees: For the first year the students will be performing their Task in VAECO Training Centre at Hanoi Base, with permission to perform the task in Hangar for 3 days in each week. For second year the students will be permitted to perform the task in Hanoi Base and Ho Chi Minh Base.


1). VAECO will provide the maintenance practice and the On the Job Training in: **Maintenance Organization Procedure Manual: VAECO MOP & SOP Procedures, Safety Management System, Human Factor, Safety and Air-Field Security Regulation – Maintenance Cleanliness and FOD prevention, Supporting Labor Training. **Basic Skill – Practical Training. **English for Aircraft Training (Basic & Advanced). **Mechanical Skill – Practical Training. **Avionics Skill Training – Practical Training. **Practical Field Training – Mechanical. **Electrical Wiring Interconnection System – Practical Training. **Cabin OJT. **Forward Fuselage OJT. **AFT Fuselage. Left / Right Wing OJT. Sheet Metal / Composite Shop OJT. Engine 1 OJT. Engine 2 OJT. Landing Gear OJT. Tools Store / Technical Planning / Warehouse / Document Control OJT.


2). VAECO OJT fees: **The total training days in a 2-year period: 496 Days. **The total VAECO Fees: USD $15,000. The OJT fees to be paid in 2 installments of USD $9,000 for first year and USD $6,000 in the second year. The first-year fees to be paid by students on their arrival in Hanoi to start the OJT.



Other then VAECO FEES, the students have to spend for these below-mentioned expenses:

1). First time to enter Vietnam Single entry 1 Month Visa: USD $500. To be Paid in advance at a time of enrollment. 2). Work Permit and Residence Card fees with 2 Years validity: USD $3000. To be paid in advance at a time of enrollment. 3). 2 years accommodation charges: It’s an approx. of USD $3000, to be directly paid by students to the house owner. 4). Local Bus pass for 2 years: USD $400. The students have to pay directly to the Bus Company. 5). Food expenses cannot be calculated.


The students are getting huge benefits to perform their task on the entire Airbus Family of A-310, 319, 320, 321, 330, 340, 350. and Boeing B-737, 777, 787 and ATR-72. As Vietnam, itself has 4 major airlines operating the entire Airbus family and there are 3 more airlines getting operational soon, plus they have Boeing B-787 in their fleet of Vietnam Airlines and Bamboo Airways, and has around 40 major airlines coming to the VAECO Hangar for their maintenance, here they do all type of major check from A TO D. The experience of 2 years OJT – Internship will be a dream to fulfill the passion to perform.
