BURCHAM HILLS QUILT SHOW: VOTE FOR THE PEOPLES CHURCH TO WIN The Burcham Hills Retirement Community will hosts its inaugural Quilt Show Dec. 5 through Dec. 11. Visitors are invited to view our quilt display and vote for their favor-ite in the hope of winning $1,000 for their church community. CHRISTMAS PAGEANT | DEC. 11Children from our Christian Ed-ucation Program will bring the Nativity to life when they pres-ent their annual holiday pageant during the 10:30 a.m. worship service on Dec. 11. All are invited to share in the joy as children ages 4-11 take on the roles of Mary, Joseph, sheep, angels, shepherds, narrators and townspeople. A light lunch and refresh-ments will be served in the Snider Social Hall following the service.

WPC JEWELRY SALE COLLECTIONThe Women of Peoples Church are ac-cepting donations of jewelry, scarves, purses, wallets, puzzles, games, MSU items, art, CDs and DVDs. Donations can be left at the Church Office week-days from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

REFUGEE COLLECTION: BLANKETSOur Community Engagement Ministry spon-sors a quarterly collection for St. Vincent Catholic Charities Refugee Services. They are currently collecting blankets for twin and double beds; no throw blankets please. They also are accepting winter coats, new or gently used for all ages. Donations may be dropped off in the designated box in the Northwest Entrance.

EDGEWOOD VILLAGE PARTNERSHIP:CHRISTMAS WISH LISTPick up a tag from the Christmas tree in the Northwest Entrance to participate in this year’s Christmas Wish List in support of our partnership with our neighbors at Edgewood Village. Pur-chased items should be returned unwrapped with their tags no later than Dec. 18.
