I. SCOPE :

This specification covers the supply of standard voltageinstrument transformer.

II. STANDARD OF MANUFACTURE AND TEST :The equipment shall conform to the latest edition of theappropriate IEC specification or ASTM standard.

III. DESCRIPTION:

1. Function of equipment :- The standard voltage instrument transformer used to be as

reference transformer for voltage transformer measurement.- Test method : conform to the specification of IEC standard

2. Technical specification :- Insulation : Dry insulation or SF6 insulation.- Primary voltage : 8.4 - 12 -14.4 - 24KV- Secondary Voltage : 120V

-Voltage error : 0.005%

- Phase angel : 0.5 min

- Load : Max.15VA/ cos = 1- Test voltage : 60KV

IV. REQUIREMENT OF TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT :- Technical description, data sheet, catalogues and other

material submitted with the quotation must enable thepurchaser to thoroughly evaluate the proposals as to it

compliance with the inquiry specification.- Minimum requirements : Detail summary of deviations to the inquiry specification Complete inquiry data sheet expressed at section V Catalog containing outline dimension, technical data List of main equipment and completed accessories which

V. REQUIREMENT OF DOCUMENT INCASE OF BIDWINNING :

1. Documents required to be provide for commission :In order to ensure the quality of supplied goods, in case of bidwinning, the Tenderer shall supply the following documents forthe Purchaser :

-Manufacturers Certificate of Quality.

- Certificate of Origin issued by Chamber of Commerce of themanufacturing country.

- Certificate of calibration of equipment approved by anindependent lawful organization.

2. Documents required to be provide in accompany withsupplied products :

The Supplier shall enclose the following documents for supplied

products :- 01 catalog.- 01 instruction manual of installation, operation andmaintenance.

VI. REQUIREMENT OF INSTALLATION AND INSTRUCTIONFOR USE :

The Supplier shall ensure to supply the following service :-

Installation the equipment completely.- Instruction to Purchasers staff how to use this equipment on

site.- Trial run this equipment.
