and the effectiveness of the Works. POLICY Particular attention has been paid to investing in developing the key skills and

• With its thirty-year history of developing, constructing, managing and delivering the large-scale projects throughout Vietnam by means of a profuse finance and a professional management system, CC1 is always the civil engineering & construction corporation of choice for projects of national importance whether on EPC, BOT, BOO bases .

EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION

CIVIL WORKS

The name CC1 is synonymous with the unprecedented rate of infrastructural and related civil-work developments in Vietnam such as HCMC television, the working house-electronic library of HCMC national university, Diamond plaza, E-Town building, New World hotel, Sheraton hotel, Caravelle hotel, Nhat Lan apartment, etc..


INDUSTRIAL WORKS

Tri An hydropower plant project, an important foundation in Vietnam’s development as an emerging industrialized nation, was a key milestone which launched CC1’s participation into the complex field of the power plant projects of national importance. Others include Thac Mo hydropower plant, Phu My thermal power plant, Phu My I & II thermal power plant, Buon Kuop hydropower plant, Nhon Trach 1 thermal power plant, O Mon thermal power plant, Ca Mau electric gas plant, Bac Binh hydropower plant, Buntuasa hydropower plant, etc.

Workshops, industrial zones: Ha Tien 1,2 Cement plant, BP Petrolimex factory, Choong Nam Textile factory, Pomina steel factory etc., are reference projects which are testimony to CC1’s quality and capability.


With the demand of infrastructure system development, CC1 is proud of its contribution to constructing Road and bridge, marine jetties, infrastructure, backfilling such as: repairing of Van Thanh 2 Bridge, constructing the linking road between Thu Thiem bridge and East-West Highway, Ben Nghe port, Da Nang city drainage and sanitation project, HCMC Environmental Sanitation project, etc. These are the prerequisite condition for CC1 to be the construction firm of choice for large-scale projects.
