Login to the portal using your phone number, and the password provided by AireSpring.

Navigation
Once in the portal, you will find your search filters to the left, your recorded calls to the right, and the playback area to the upper right.
This search filters and drills down using multiple criteria:- Group (Customer Care)- Call that was tagged as “Sale Made” by Supervisor- Duration (15-30 seconds)- Remote Party (Miami Area Code)- Time/Date (between May 1st and May 31st)- Call Type (incoming Calls)

Perform multi-criteria filtered searchesThis search drills down using multiple criteria:
- Group (Customer Care)
- Calls tagged as “Sale Made” by Supervisor
- Duration (2 to 5 minutes)
- Remote Party (Miami area code)
- Time/Date (July 1st)

• Create tags for your calls by clicking on a tag icon
• 1-click the envelope icon to export your recordings
• Use evaluation scorecard to rate the call recording
To export your recordings, click the envelope icon on the right.
