Watson’s seminar is titled “The Pa. Mechanics’ Lien Law and the New Construction Notices Directory” and will cover information on the 2017 Construction Notices Directory, as well as the current state of the law. Watson is a shareholder in the firm’s construction law practice group. He focuses his practice on construction litigation and municipal law. Hangley are set to participate in the American Bar Association section of litigation/Duke University School of Law “Roadshow,” titled “Hello ‘Proportionality,’ Goodbye ‘Reasonably Calculated’: Reinventing Case Management and Discovery Under the 2015 Civil Rules Amendments.” Michele Hangley is one of two national co-chairs of the roadshow, which is set to visit 13 cities across the country over the next six months.
