Siempre hemos tratado de dar una respuesta personal a las cambiantes necesidades del mercado. Desde hace dos años, apostamos, con nuestro sistema CUbox, por un mueble totalmente personalizado, una herramienta que permita al profesional del interiorismo, crear diseños a medida de las necesidades, gustos y preferencias de sus clientes. La idea es colocar al individuo, en el centro del proceso creativo del diseño de sus muebles.

Los muebles forman parte de nuestras vidasEntendemos los muebles como objetos con importante presencia en un amplio abanico de actividades de nuestra vida, ya sea en el hogar, centros de trabajo, estudio y formación o en espacios comerciales y de ocio. Es por ello que deben conjugar estética y funcionalidad. En ellos y con ellos trabajamos, nos alimentamos, soñamos, descansamos, amamos, jugamos y nos relacionamos. Sin duda, al margen de tendencias y modas, los muebles forman parte de nuestras vidas. Por eso en do+ce creamos muebles por y para las personas.

Garantía de calidadPara garantizar la mayor calidad, el sistema CUbox ha sido testado por el Instituto Tecnológico AIDIMA, demostrando las altas prestaciones del mismo y, en especial, su gran capacidad de carga.

En do+ce trabajamos con marcas de primera calidad en materiales, herrajes y complementos incorporados a nuestros muebles, todos ellos homologados y con certificados de garantía que refuerzan la calidad de nuestros productos.

En nuestra filosofía de empresa, el concepto de calidad es un concepto global, que abarca desde el diseño y la producción del producto, hasta la comunicación, comercialización, servicio y atención post-venta.

For 20 years creating contemporary furniture. 20 years in the vanguardIn 1992 do+ce starts as a contemporary furniture editor, basing our offer on five basic concepts: functionality, aesthetics, comfort, quality and durability, concepts which have ruled our designs during these years. We have always tried to give a personal answer to the varying market needs. Two years ago, with our CUbox system, we started to bet on whole personalized furniture, a tool that allows the professional interior designers to create adjusted designs to their clients’ needs, likes and preferences. The intention is to place the person in the middle of the creative process of their own furniture.

Furniture as a part of our livesWe conceive furniture as objects of important presence in a wide variety of activities either in our lives, homes, workplaces for learning or training activities or at commercial and leisure spaces. That is why furniture has to combine aesthetic and functionality. We both work in and with them, eat, dream, rest, love, play and contact other people. No doubt, apart from trends and fashion, furniture is part of our lives. In do+ce, for this reason, furniture is created for and by people.

Garantía de calidadTo guarantee the best quality, CUbox system has been tested by the AIDIMA Technologic Institute, proving its own high features and, especially, its own great loading capacity.

In do+ce we work with first class quality trademark materials, iron fittings and complements added to our furniture, all of them approved and with their warranty certificates that strengthen the quality of our products.

In our firm’s philosophy, the quality concept is a global one, which covers from design and product making to communication, merchandising, service and after-sales support.

¿Qué es CUbox?CUbox es un sistema de construcción de mobiliario a medida ideado por Rafa Ortega que se basa en la combinación de una serie de perfiles de aluminio de estrusión, ensamblados con una escuadra de inyección. El sistema está registrado como modelo industrial en la UE.

¿Por qué CUbox?+ Diseño versátil CUbox no es un programa convencional: no hay módulos ni medidas predeterminadas, Vd. crea su diseño de mueble y nosotros se lo realizamos totalmente a medida. El sistema permite crear su mueble totalmente a su medida, no solamente a la medida de su espacio sino, también a la medida de sus necesidades funcionales y estéticas para lo cual le ofrecemos un amplio abanico de materiales, complementos y acabados.

+ Rentabilidad, seguridad y comodidadAl ser modelos únicos y no existir planos ni plantillas predeterminados, todos y cada uno de los muebles, son montados previamente en nuestra fábrica para garantizar la máxima calidad y evitar errores de construcción. Esto nos permite poder ofrecer el envío de nuestros muebles totalmente montados lo cual supone un ahorro de esfuerzo y tiempo de montaje así como la garantía de que no va a existir ningún problema en su montaje.

Materializamos sus ideas y diseñosCUbox es un sistema destinado especialmente a arquitectos, interioristas y profesionales que pretenden personalizar la creación de sus muebles, tanto desde un punto de vista formal, como funcional.

Crear su propio sistema CUbox es tan fácil como pensar y dibujar lo que necesita. Así de sencillo. Una vez tenga su idea plasmada y la comparta con nosotros, le pasaremos un plano con las especificaciones técnicas de su mueble personalizado.

Además, con CUbox podrá definir el precio final del producto gracias a las múltiples opciones de personalización que ofrecen los diferentes materiales y acabados que conforman este sistema de mobiliario. Un mismo mueble puede variar su precio en un 30% en función de los materiales y acabados en que se realice. Por ello, los precios de los productos CUbox también los define Vd.

The same piece of furniture’s price may vary a 30% depending on the materials and finish you choose. That is why you are the one who decides the CUbox prices, too.

What is CUbox?CUbox is an assembling furniture made-to-measure system, created by Rafa Ortega, which is based on the combination of a series of extrusion aluminium profiles, assembled with die cast squares. This system is registered as an EU industrial model.

CU4TRO es un sistema de construcción de mesas a medida basado en un perfil de acero de 40 x 40 m/m. La estructura va soldada y con las juntas pulidas constituyendo un conjunto de gran resistencia y limpieza de líneas, sin juntas.

La mencionada estructura puede ser de acero lacado o inoxidable.

Posibilidades infinitasEl hecho de fabricarse a medida, abre un amplio abanico de tipología de producto: mesas bajas de centro, mesas altas, mostradores, carros…

La versatilidad del producto la complementa los diferentes materiales y acabados de las tapas: Maderas, lacas, cristal, tableros compactos, etc…

La variedad de materiales y acabados de las tapas permiten personalizar el producto y hacerlo muy versátil.Hay múltiples opciones de acabados; madera, lacados o cristales.

CU4TRO is a system for building tables to measure, based on a 40 x 40 m/m steel profile. The structure is welded and the joints are polished, forming a set of great strength and clean lines with no joints.

This structure can be made of lacquered or stainless steel.

Infinite range of possibilitiesThe fact of being made to measure opens up a wide range of product types: low centre tables, high tables, counters, trolleys and so on.

The product’s versatility is complemented with different materials and finishes of the surfaces: woods, lacquers, glass, compact chipboard, etc…

The wide variety of materials and finishes of the surfaces mean that the product can be personalised and made extremely versatile. There are many options for the finishes: wood, lacquered or glass.

MedidasCualquier programa convencional de muebles necesitaría cientos de páginas para mostrarle sus grandes posibilidades en cuanto a medidas en bases, tapas, montantes verticales exteriores, interiores, estantes, etc. Y todo esto acompañado de innumerables croquis, datos, medidas, códigos, limitaciones, recargos...

CUbox define sus posibilidades en este apartado muy brevemente: longitud y altura, al m/m profundidad, multiplo de 15 y 3 cmts: 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18…30, 33,…45…60…90…

Ventajas que ofrece CUbox+ Total libertad de diseño.+ Al ofrecer puertas y cajones a medida y no tener

que recurrir a suplementos “fijos”, mucho mayor aprovechamiento del espacio y funcionalidad delos muebles.

+ Mucha mayor capacidad de carga en los estantes ytapas lo que permite un ahorro de elementos verticales de apoyo así como limpieza en las líneas de diseño yespectacularidad en los espacios de estantes que nopermiten los tableros convencionales.

Puertas+ Quizá una de las mayores ventajas competitivas de

CUbox sea que sus puertas se construyen a medida, sinmás limitación que la que imponen los propios herrajes.

+ Incorpora bisagras con sistema de cierre automáticoamortiguado, homologadas para 80.000 ciclos de vida.

+ Disponible en cualquier tipología de puerta: batientes, correderas interiores y exteriores, abatibles o elevables. Según modelos, están disponibles con o sin tiradores. Enrasadas (por dentro del perfil) o solapadas (por fuera del perfil).

+ Amplia gama de materiales para el acabado de las mismas: roble, nogal, cristales transparentes otranslúcidos, lacados, metacrilatos, acrílicos alto brillo, aluminio… y todo en un amplio abanico de acabados.

Cajones+ Construidos en madera de haya y con el sistema de

doble frontera, para que nunca se quede “con lafrontera en las manos”.

+ Sistema de guías de extracción total, rodamientode bolas de acero y sistema de cierre amortiguado. Homologados para 30 Kg de carga 30.000 ciclos.

+ Están disponibles en tres medidas de ancho standarddel hueco (45, 80 ó 121 cm) y profundidad de 45 cm. Posibilidad de suministrarlo en medidas intermedias de longitud. Por lo que respecta a la altura de la frontera, se realiza a medida hasta una altura de 35 cm.

+ El sistema de doble frontera permite ajustar la estética de los cajones según los gustos y preferencias delcliente: enrasados, solapados, con o sin tirador, etc. Y disponen de las misma gama de materiales que laspuertas salvo los transparentes y translúcidos (cristales y metacrilatos).

ComplementosEl sistema CUbox ofrece una extensa gama de complementos para poder adaptar los muebles al gusto del cliente, en función de sus preferencias, necesidades o funciones, como son: porta CDs a medida, sistemas de archivo, cerraduras, iluminación, escalera, etc. (Ver páginas 66 y 67).

Montaje Para ofrecer un máximo de garantías a nuestros clientes, todos los muebles son revisados y montados en fábrica. Este sistema permite elegir la forma en que se desea recibir el mueble: montado o desmontado. Siempre que el transporte y la ubicación definitiva del mueble se lo permitan, la posibilidad de recibir el mueble totalmente montado supone economía de medios (al no precisar de montadores) así como rapidez, comodidad y seguridad a la hora de servir un pedido. El cliente puede escoger, en cada caso, cómo prefiere recibir sus muebles.

MeasuresAny conventional furniture programme would need hundred of pages in order to show you its varied possibilities as for bases, covers, vertical inner and outer uprights, shelves, etc. All this together with innumerable sketches, details, measures, codes, restrictions and extra charges…

CUbox defines its possibilities in this section really briefly: length and height, accurate to m/m. Depth, multiples of 15 and 3 cm: 3, 6, 12, 15, 18…, 30, 33…, 45…, 60…, 90…

Advantages offered by CUbox+ Total free style.+ As doors and drawers are offered made-to-measure

and “fixed” supplements are not required, there is higher space profit and furniture functionality.

+ Much more loading capacity in shelves and covers which allows a saving of sustaining vertical items as well as a cleanliness of design lines and huge spaciousness in shelf’s space which are not offered by conventional panels.

Doors+ Maybe one of the greatest CUbox competitive advantages

is that its doors are made-to-measure, with no other limits that the ones imposed by the iron fittings themselves.

+ It includes hinges with a shock absorbing closing system, approved for 80.000 life cycles.

+ It is available in any kind of doors: swinging, inner and outer sliding, folding and lifting systems. According to models, they are available with or without handles, flashed (inside the profile) or overlapped (outside the profile).

+ Great variety of material endings: oak, walnut, transparent or translucent glass, lacquered methacrylates, high lighted acrylics, aluminium… and everything in a wide variety of endings.

Drawers+ Built in beech wood and with a double front panel system,

in order not “to keep it the hands”.+ Totally removing guide system with steel ball rolling

and closing absorption. Approved for 30 Kg loading30.000 cycles.

+ They are available in three standard wide size measures (45, 80 or 120 cm) and with a depth of 45 cm. It can beprovided in medium length measures. As far as the front panel height, it is made-to-measure up to 35 cm high.

+ Double panel front system allows us to adjust thedrawers’ aesthetic according to the clients’ likes and preferences: flashed, overlapped, with or without handles, etc. They are available in the same variety of materials as the doors, except for transparent or translucent glasses and methacrylates.

AccessoriesCUbox system offers a wide variety of accessories in order to adapt the furniture to the client’s likes, depending on preferences, needs or utility, such as: made-to-measure CDs holder, file systems, lockers, lightning, ladders, etc. (See pages 66 and 67).

Assembling In order to offer to our clients the highest guarantee, all our furniture is checked and assembled in our factory. This system allows you to choose the way you want to receive your piece of furniture: assembled or dismantled. You can have your piece of furniture totally assembled, whenever delivering and final location allows it. This means lower expenses (no furniture assemblers are needed) as well as quickness, convenience and delivering security. The client can choose in each case the way they prefer their furniture delivered.
