1 -SCOPE STATEMENT: Vision: Relocation of staff with minimal business interruptions by September 3rd. Business Needs: The company needs to relocate due to business expansion and the increased number of employees whereby providing additional space for future growth of the site. Project Description: Ensure a seamless transition for relocating the business teams through close coordination and regular follow-up with contacts (vendors, business teams, architect, IT/Telecom) from an old to a new site location. Project Deliverables:
